Pulling a rabbit out of a hat or making someone disappear is impressive, but it's got nothing on this cure-all known as Egyptian Magic. This powerhouse cream, said to be derived from a formula found in ancient Egyptian tombs, can pretty much do it all. It's a face cream, an eye gel, a hair mask, a treatment for burns, and has even been known to heal psoriasis and eczema. Plus, this potent balm is made of just six ingredients, all of them completely natural (and never tested on animals).
I was SO HAPPY to get Egyptian Magic in my June box!!! I purchased a 2-pack of this from Costco several months ago; it came with the 4-oz. and 2-oz. jars. This tiny, cute little sample will be my travel size. I use it as night time moisturizer, as salve for burns or rashes, as cuticle cream, as lip balm, and whatever else I can think of. Great product!5
I prefer a skin cream with a more liquid consistency than this one. However, I used this to spot treat a patch of skin on my check that was reddened and extra dry from using a salicylic acid zit cream. With one use, the spot had faded and was noticeably less dry. Within 3-4 days, the spot was completely healed.4
I liked the consistency of this product and that it was more of a salve than a cream. It was very effective on banishing my dry skin spots and it did not leave a residue on my skin. Good product, just a little pricey for my budget.4
I had to look up how I was supposed to use this and for what because it looks like a wax in the jar. But it takes very little to warm a little in your fingers and then it is a very nice moisturizer.4
I love this product for my cuticles. It almost instantly makes them look so much better.5
It wasn't worth the hype. I still love Smiths Rosebud Salve which is similar but a much better bargain3
I really love this product, but I probably will not purchase since I have lots of lotions already. Maybe in the future?5
While it made my skin feel pretty soft, the smell was non-existent and the texture was like wax. I understand that it's made with bee's wax, but the texture when applying just isn't for me. Plus it starts out sort of greasy and then dries up as it gets rubbed in. Very strange. I don't think I would want this product for these reasons. That's why I put "other" on why I wouldn't buy it because it just doesn't seem plausible to have it with those traits on top of the price tag.3
I am torn about how I feel about this product. I'm not in love as it is very greasy and vaseline like, but it is extremely effective on dry patches. While I wouldn't dream of putting it on my face, I am fine with it on the rest of my body.4
I am in love with this! I have psoriasis and this has helped a ton!5
