Bid adieu to a drab sock drawer and meet Bombas: game-changing socks made from long-staple Peruvian Pima cotton. An invisible toe seam, Stay-Up Technology, and honeycomb arch support mean they fit just right. But what they stand for is even better: For every pair you purchase, Bombas donates a pair to someone in need.
I had wanted to order these originally after first seeing them on Shark Tank, but their official website had crashed from all of the activity. I forgot about the whole thing up until I realized that Birchbox carried them!
I got a pair for me and a pair for my brother, who loves a pair of fancy looking socks as much as anyone you could imagine. Anyway, we both got our socks and love them. We are both frequent gym-goers and very active, and have both placed orders for additional pairs.
The blister blocking pad in the back is an absolute lifesaver. No matter what sneakers or shoes or socks I wear, I almost always have a blister on the back of my feet, and my walk to work in NYC and daily walks with my dog don't help.
I have very wide feet and these don't feel snug at all, which is great. I want to say that they run a little bit on the larger side, but I guess it's just a matter of preference. I definitely like my socks a little tighter than these. They are also very thick for athletic socks, so take that into consideration when factoring in how your sneakers will fit with these on.
They don't slide away at all when you're working out, and my fidgety brother and I both really appreciate how the front doesn't have that seam that all socks usually have that rub on your toes.
My only complaint is that they don't have more colors/designs and that you have to buy each pair individually. I would definitely appreciate an option to buy multiple pairs at once. Since each purchase goes to a good cause (buy a pair and a pair is donated) I can see the reasoning, but they are a little expensive for a single pair of socks (especially when the two styles are the same price even though one has twice as much fabric).
I can't speak to how long a pair lasts since I haven't had mine all that long, but I still think they're worth the $11 overall.
I really like these socks, I've since purchased three additional pairs. they have fun colors that are not over the top. Nothing feels better than slipping into a fresh new pair of socks!5
These socks fit great and feel high quality. They're perfect for wearing out for a run or just around the house.5
I cannot express how much I love these socks. From the stiching and soft fabric to the design and comfort, these socks are going in every stocking stuffer this year.5
I've worn them to Crossfit twice already. They sit up higher than some of my other ankle socks but they down slide down the back of my ankle and that is what I wanted most out of them. Definetly worth the price.5
these socks are great. they fit well and feel like a much higher quality than anything else. I'm not normally one to buy expensive socks, but these really do make me want to spend a little more money for the quality. if these socks stay together for the next few weeks and months I will definitely buy some more.5
I was a pair of these every time I go to workout. They have great arch support and great for running in.5
After swapping out my sock drawer for Nice Laundry, I found that their athletic line wasn't up to par, so I started a search and bought a trial pair of Bombas. After letting that pair go through three wear/wash cycles I knew I found a winner and restocked my drawer. They're super comfortable, breathable, protect my foot from annoying heel blisters, and wear well over time.5
I bought these for my son and he loves them, they are super comfortable and stays put on his feet great for runners!!5
I love the socks there so comfortable and durable.5
