We're proud to flaunt some of our flaws (hello, Glee addiction!), but others are better left hidden. This concealer camouflages under eye circles, fine lines, and blemishes to liven up our entire complexion. Plus, it comes with a tiny spatula, so you never have to dip your finger into the jar.
I found this to be not as smooth as I'd hoped. The coverage is good, but it is a struggle to work with. It is not my everyday concealer, but I keep it in case I need to cover a blemish. It wears well, but application us not as easy as other products.3
This is a good product for covering imperfections such as red spots and scars. It can also be used in the under eye area for dark circles. Effective.4
This product has great coverage and it's definitely great to have in my makeup bag, but I don't get to use it that often because it's so intense. It has a very thick, tacky consistency and it super shiny until you set it with some powder. I tend to only use it if I have a particularly noticeable blemish or particularly dark circles. Other than that, I find myself mostly sticking to their FakeUp!4
Okay, so I love everything I've ever gotten off of birchbox. BUT, this is the one product I've ever been iffy about. I was so excited about finally getting a new concealer. I saw this on the best products bit of Birchbox's website, and who doesn't love Benefit Cosmetics? (No one, exactly.) So of course I gave in. When I got the product, it did a wonderful, wonderful job of concealing. It was so good, I forgot I ever had blemishes to begin with. BUT, once I got outside a friend of mine told me my face was literally orange. Keep in mind, I ordered the lightest shade. I'm not super pale, or super tan, but I've followed every single color guide there is, and from what I knew without going to a store, this was my color. I'm so bummed because I was so excited to start using a non-drugstore product. Please, please, somehow make the color guides accurate. I literally cannot use this if I plan to be in light, and that's so frustrating. Regardless, the idea is great and does conceal - if you aren't worried about looking like a veggie or fruit.3
I always joke about how I've got dark circles tattooed on my face. Cause no matter what I do, they won't go! But this product definitely conceals pretty nicely. I'm looking forward to it. :D4
It covers my dark circles and the few pimples I have but even in the summer shade 1 is still to dark for me. I am not as pale as some of my friends, but it has too much of an orange undertone for me.3
I'm of the fair-skinned Norwegian persuasion and I have hereditary dark circles. This paste, in "Fair," is quite possibly the best concealer I've ever tried! I learned about it from my mother-in-law who blends it with the Benefit Eye Cream (of which I was already a fan) for her own use, and I just put apply it as-is to the darkest area under my eyes after my usual makeup routine. My eyes are so much brighter now! This also works quite well with "High Brow" to give you some additional pop. Love! It's so buildable, and also easy to thin out with a moisturizer.5
It does a great job of covering up blemishes, dark circles, the whole nine yards, and a little definitely goes a long way with this bad boy because it's pretty thick (which is good because that means it lasts longer). The medium color is more peachy than I was expecting and if you're putting it on in dim light, make sure to check that it's totally blended in when in better light (learned that the hard way).4
Great product for hiding dark circles under eyes. It conceals while giving eyes a bright look, like you got a great nights rest.4
Love this stuff for when I'm having a HORRIBLE breakout. Also covers dark under eye circles nicely. I apply with a concealer brush. A little goes a LONG way, this is serious business full coverage. Shade works perfectly with my skin tone, I am very fair skinned.5
