We fell in love with Atelier Cologne’s Vanille Insensée Cologne Absolue at first sniff. Unlike most vanilla scents, this one is fresh, not sweet. Top notes of bright lime and coriander mingle with middle notes of jasmine and oak moss, while Madagascar vanilla and amber notes anchor the scent. Happily, the romantic fragrance lasts all day — we’re smitten and you will be too.
I am not a big perfume wearer and the scent of this made me gag.1
I'm allergic to fragrance, so therefore this gave me a headache. However, I can tell you it does smell nice and it was definitely long wearing. I gave it to my mom to try it and she said it lasted most of the day.1
This didn't so much smell like vanilla then it did of musk and regret. Bad fragrance is BAD.1
First of all let me say that I've never been a fan of vanilla, but I do like warm scents (i.e. my fav D&G The One). This actually has a pleasant aroma initially but it seemed to get stronger as the day progressed. I didn't even put on very much and an hour later I had a headache. Too strong for my taste...1
I generally like vanilla scents; however, this scent was not your traditional vanilla scent. When you think of vanilla, you think of sweet auromas similar to baked goods and sugar, but this was a deep musk type of scent which had very little notes of vanilla in my opinion. I was not a fan, but you might be if you are interested in trying a different spin of a vanilla musk.1
I received this decent in my march Birchbox and u don't really think its for me! Especially this time of yar , I an more into fruity scents!!1
The description of this scent was very appealing. It has a very strong, unique smell that just isn't for me.1
for this product being as expensive as it is it does not smell very good.1
The name of the product says it all. It is definitely an intense fragrance, not bad just too strong for me.1
My sister described it as a Warm Vanilla Sugar from Bath and Body Works for adults. I do not like the richness of vanilla scents, so I did not like the cologne.1
