We fell in love with Atelier Cologne’s Vanille Insensée Cologne Absolue at first sniff. Unlike most vanilla scents, this one is fresh, not sweet. Top notes of bright lime and coriander mingle with middle notes of jasmine and oak moss, while Madagascar vanilla and amber notes anchor the scent. Happily, the romantic fragrance lasts all day — we’re smitten and you will be too.
Smells like a bad super strong vanilla. Smells very "old." Not a fan at all! I tried to give it away to a couple people, and no one wanted the sample!1
I love this scent i only wish it wasnt so expensive or i would totally be buyong it in the future5
This is just the kind of perfume you could wear every day and feel a little special with or you could wear it out on a big night and it still be well within any dress code. Definitely a signature fragrance if you need something light, not too flowery or showy. Love it.4
I am picky about perfumes and this vanilla scent is incredible. This is by far my favorite perfume I have ever tried5
I am not usually a fan of fragrances that contain vanilla.... but this one is fantastic... love love love! So warm and pretty just right for the winter season.5
I love vanilla scents and was so excited about this. It starts off nice then within minutes the smell kind of reminds me of deodorant. After about 30 minutes the scent is gone.1
I liked this perfume, it was a nice take on vanilla without being over powering or sickening sweet. I liked it but wouldn't buy myself the full size.4
I am a sucker for most vanilla fragrances. I prefer the first hour or so of this one over the end result. It's a beautiful vanilla and ends up a bit woodsy with a tinge of sweetness.4
I gave it two stars because it is really long wearing. It is a very concentrated scent. While I usually love vanilla I felt like I smelled like a cake!!!!2
I thought the smell was nauseating, it smelled like Bath & Body Works warm vanilla but on steroids. Not a fan at all.2
