Chocoholics, you're in for an awakening. Chuao Chocolatier's decadent chocolates are made from cacao sourced from Venezuelas most famous chocolate region. The artisanal bars come in a range of unexpected flavors: There's Spicy Maya dark chocolate infused with pasilla chile, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon; Firecracker, dark chocolate filled with popping candy and a touch of chipotle; and Salted Chocolate Crunch, which has sea salt and toasted breadcrumbs. Adventurous foodies can try Maple Bacon Bar, a mouthwatering mix of milk chocolate and bacon drizzled in maple; Pop Corn Pop, popping candy, puffed whole grains, and toasted corn chips with a hint of sea salt; and Honeycomb, a decadent dark bar with crunchy, caramelized honey. For nut lovers, there's the Ravishing Rocky Road Bar, which features salted caramelized almonds and fluffy marshmallows in a bed of milk. And the decadent Orange A Go Go mixes a rich dark chocolate with candied orange and bergamot for a zesty kick.
I got the orange flavor and at 1st didn't think I would like it. It was really good. The orange flavor is nice and not over powering.5
Okay, maybe not. But, i have been getting tired of chocolate lately (blasphemy i know) its just always the same... and the flavor gets boring.
I felt meh about the sample when i saw it, and quartered it to share with my kids and husband... the second i bit into my piece i wanted to snatch the others back. Lol. It was smooth, with a light undertone of orange. I totally plan on trying the other flavors too.
I was excited about the little piece of chocolate that I got. While it was tasty and with clever packaging, it wasn't really a wow factor for me. I like the crispiness of the chocolate and lets be real, who doesn't like chocolate? However I wouldn't be going out of my way to purchase the product, maybe the other flavors taste better.2
I adore chocolate and orange together. I was so excited to see this in my box and barely got a picture taken before I was tearing into it. The combination is perfect. Not too much orange and not too little.5
Plain and simple- I have tasted better for a lot less money. The idea is cool, but it's just not worth it to me.3
I thought the chocolate would have more of the honey taste to it. It was a good chocolate, but since I'm already now a huge chocolate fan, the candy needs to be really good to sway me otherwise. If you like dark chocolate, you'll love this.3
in my box i got the sample of the honeycomb, i love dark chocolate and love honey so I was very excited to try it. the honey is crystalized so its crunchy in the chocolate I loved it and want more5
These are really good but over priced in my opinion.4
I received the Orange chocolate one and it was delicious!! I will be purchasing more to try! I am very pleased with this.5
Delicious chocolate. What a nice treat to find in the box this month. The Orange-a-Go-Go Flavor had wonderful orange flakes in a dark chocolate for a refreshing sweet and bitter treat.5
