Available in three fragrances inspired by Buenos Aires, this luxe body butter is a step above (and a continent away from) your average drugstore lotion. The plant-based formula is brimming with antioxidants to keep your skin soft and hydrated—whether you’re tangoing in San Telmo or just kicking it on the couch.
I enjoy keeping my Birchbox sample in my desk at work. It makes for a terrific hand cream, and can also tame fly-aways or moisturize lips in a pinch. The smell is pleasant and not overpowering. I plan to purchase an Ayres item during the winter.5
Although I am not a regular user of body butter this product may make me convert.
I tend to have dry skin on my arms and legs and I can see where this will help immensely.
Wonderful product. New to me! The smell is a little different and may take some getting used to.
Really love the smell of this product- it isn't overly floral and is a little dark and sexy. Not totally sold on it's moisturizing capability however.3
I loved the soft texture of this lotion, it goes on nice and cool, and leaves your skin feeling very smooth and hydrated! The only thing I did not like was the Scent. Its a little too strong for me, I feel like its all I can smell even after using a small amount.4
As the weather gets colder I am drawn to the warm, nostalgic scents of orange and vanilla. This body butter subtly incorporates both without the normal pitfalls of sickly sweetness. I am going to buy it immediately and use it sparingly.
I loved the feel of this cream, not a huge fan of the fragrance, but don't hate the smell either. Will use the sample until it is gone, may purchase the cream if another flavor is offered.4
I love the scent ! The texture is kinda sticky so it's for a better use during the winter months !5
Loved the smell and texture. Thought it did an excellent job of moisturizing.5
It's just lotion. I don't think it's thick enough to be considered a body butter. That being said, it's not the best I've tried, but it's not bad. The scent is just okay.4
This body butter in "Midnight Tango" smells just like suntan lotion--which I like--but will definitely turn some off. Alas, I have to wear fragrance-free lotions so this is a no-go for me. I really like their brand design, as well.4
