Available in three fragrances inspired by Buenos Aires, this luxe body butter is a step above (and a continent away from) your average drugstore lotion. The plant-based formula is brimming with antioxidants to keep your skin soft and hydrated—whether you’re tangoing in San Telmo or just kicking it on the couch.
I received the Tango body butter in my Birchbox. LOVE it-the smell is a lightly citrus orange-vanilla scent. Creamy and dries fast. PLan to buy other scents too5
This is a nice smelling lotion that goes on smoothly and without an oily residue. I really like it!4
I really like how soft and smooth it made my skin feel after I put it on and it wasn't greasy. I prefer more of a sweeter, floral smell but the midnight tango was tolerable. I don't think I think I would purchase this product in another flavor, if it the price was a little lower.4
I tried this body butter in Midnight Tango, and I really liked the scent-- it was very sensual without being overly musky. The texture of the butter was nice, it was hydrating without leaving my skin oily. However, I feel like the scent of the product disappeared just a few minutes after I applied, which is a big turn-off for me. And while the texture of the butter was nice, I don't like it enough without the fragrance to purchase it.3
This both smells, wears, feels and lasts fantastically. I wish there were more products that smelled and felt like this on my shin. I'm going to buy it tonight if Birchbox itn't already sold out.......5
I had the softest hands before I joined the military but I've struggled with calluses and dry skin ever since. As someone who keeps an eye out for hand and body creams I was excited to receive this sample. First off, thank you too Ayres for such a reasonable sample size! The label design was trendy and eye catching. The cream isn't to much of a body butter as it is a lotion but it goes on silky smooth and didn't leave any kind of greasy after effects. The scent is kind of exotic... I wouldn't say it reminds me immediately of Orange and vanilla. Maybe more of sandalwood? I spent a couple of years in Indonesia growing up and the smell brings me back to Bali vacations. I wouldn't have chosen it for myself, it's a little bold, but it's growing on me. I will definitely be watching for a good opportunity to buy this product.5
The texture of this is nice. It is thick and creamy texture, and leaves behind moist, slightly waxy skin. The scent however is gastly. I can only describe it as "old lady". Blech.2
I loved this cream. The smell was elegant and my hands felt so soft after using it.4
I absolutely love the scent of orange blossoms, and this seems to really help keep my hands moisturized!5
I really loved the way this body butter makes my skin feel. I wasn't wild about the scent, I had Midnight Musk.4
