Part dry shampoo and part texturizer, this ingenious spray both manages oil in unwashed hair and adds instant lift to clean, fresh strands. The result? A breezy, rough-and-tumble texture with a bit of hold to keep things in place—all without any parabens or scary chemicals.
I reeeaaallly, realllly wanted this to work...but it doesn't. like most people leaving reviews for this, I have fine hair, about shoulder length that it SUPER flat.
I got this as a dry shampoo, volumizing spray that wouldn't leave my hair gross. It left my hair gross without being a good dry shampoo or volumizing spray. So I'm glad I got the travel size before making a bigger commitment.
I think the 2oz travel can is about the same price as a 8.5 oz full size can. I need a dry texturing spray but the travel can doesn't last long enough for how expensive it is. I'm gonna purchase the bigger can elsewhere cuz Birchbox is overpriced.2
After reading so much about this "wonder" product, I had very high hopes. However, this product makes my curls and my hair fall flat. I much prefer the Apres Beach spray from Oribe. I have fine, thin hair; maybe this product would work better thicker hair.2
My hair was sticky and heavy after applying this product! I was looking for great results as I have used Oribe products before with great results2
Love Oribe products!Thid Texturizing spray really works.Gave my hair an extra day from shampoo.Smells good too! Will be buying again.2
I already have thick, wavy, texturized hair so this spray pretty much only worked to make my hair smell nice. What I noticed it that it has a 'powdery' effect on my hair. (I have dark brown hair). It wasn't really visible, but felt powdery (though not sticky).
If you have finer, limp hair, I think this would work bcs it adds actual particles to your hair. For me, I'll just stick with hair spray.
I wanted to love this product! Love the line. It did nothing for my fine hair.Made it feel sticky & dry initially after applying. May just not be right for fine color treated hair. I love that Oribe scent though! Beautiful in the hair! So there is a plus!2
Any Oribe product will make your hair smell great, but this one just didn't do much. Cheap products like Psssst work much better. In fact, this produce left my hair feeling sticky, and no matter how well I brushed it out, sometimes white flakes would be left behind that looked like dandruff. :(2
This makes my hair extremely dry and damaged-looking. I think I will stick with their dry conditioner, which is my favorite all time product.2
I have wanted for so long to find a dry shampoo that works - it seems like such a magical concept, that I could spray it on my second-day hair and have it not be oily! Unfortunately I still haven't found one that works for me, because this product, like the others I have tried, makes it looks like maybe the oil is going away for 5 minutes or so then I look in the mirror and it's worse than it was before. Glad I only bought the travel size, I would have been unhappy with myself if I had spent the money on the full size now that I have discovered it doesn't work for me. I'll say the smell is nice?2
