We don’t know about you, but we never stop fighting the good fight against dry skin, especially come the winter months. Meet the most effective weapon in our arsenal. This dry oil hydrates parched skin and disappears in seconds without any residual stickiness or oiliness. And the scent is truly divine, with fresh notes of Moroccan and Bulgarian rose, grapefruit, vanilla, and the subtlest floral undertones.
I decided to put a tiny bit in my hair right after I got out of the shower before I dried my hair. Big mistake--after blow drying my hair, it looks like I haven't washed it in 3 days. I decided to try some on my skin, but it will not absorb. I'm also not a fan of the smell. Complete waste of money.1
This product shouldn't be used on your hair. It leaves your scalp feeling itchy, oily and heavy. I used in on my body and left it more oily than normal. I would not buy the full size product.2
I really was excited to get something from the Caudalie brand in my box to try out. Not a big fan of synthetic fragrance though so it was tough to use this as a serum for my face.2
I am a HUGE fan of caudalie products and I have absolutely loved everything I have tried of theirs. One of the things I like best about caudalie is how natural and fresh all of their products smell. So I had no reservations about purchasing this small divine oil without trying it first. I was really surprised when I opened this and smelled how "perfumey" this oil is ... And not in a good way. It smells like the perfume an 80 year old woman would wear. Strong. Long lasting. Awful. I still love all of my caudalie skin care items, but I will think twice before taking the plunge blind on any of their larger (pricer) items.2
The smell reminds me of the old Tinkerbell perfume I had when I was six.. The Oil is very nice, I just can not put it anywhere near my nose because the smell is not pleasant to me.2
The scent is wayyy toooo much for me. It's very heavy and kind of made me a little sick to my stomach. It's also just not my thing. I'm not a fan of woodsy scents. I don't know why I felt the need to try this product other than an obsession with face oils and some seriously great reviews but once I got it knew the scent was far far too strong for me to even consider putting it on my facial skin.2
it's too oily for my combination skin. The fragrance was a bit much and it irritates my skin a bit.3
You barely need any to apply this to your cuticles in order to give them a good healthy moisture. This is very oily and sticky like but rubs in quite nicely and doesn't leave you wanting to wash your hands. I am very pleased with this and am looking forward to trying this out more as winter looms in considering I live in Utah we get very dry here.3
I used the product on my face and hair but didnt really love the way it made my face feel and it seemed like my hair felt, well, oily. but i really loved it on my hands and cuticles. after about 3 days they feel really smooth and healthy!3
used this at night on my skin and liked it, would be lovely for winter or those windy days. however, i'm not a fan of the smell. havent tried it as a hair oil.3
