Fun fact about fashion designer Cynthia Rowley: For years, whenever she wanted to wear bold eyeliner, she had to resort to using a Sharpie on her lids. Luckily, the style whiz has created an easier and far safer alternative: this smudgeproof liquid liner. The pen-style tip makes for ultraprecise application, whether you're stippling your bottom lash line or flicking to create the perfect cat eye. The resulting laser-like inky line is totally smudgeproof. And the signature gold motif will ensure that it never gets lost in your (seemingly bottomless) makeup bag.
I like the cool "marker" style tip. But after a swipe or two , it was too dry and wouldnt deposit anymore color. Definitely not my favorite type of eyeliner.1
Very black but after a few uses the applicator kind of dries up making it very difficult to get a perfect line3
This is by far one of the best liquid liners I've ever used. I like the very fine point, so you can draw a nice thin line (instead of oops... I need to fix it and end up looking like a raccoon...) I will be buying this when my sample runs out. It stays all day and looks great!5
I have tried liquid liners before and this liner is 100 times better. I have a hard time with making lines even/match but this liner makes it easier for me.5
I really wanted to like this. I love the way the tip makes it easy to make a straight and steady cat eye. The problem is, it dries out SO quickly. I've used it 3 times and am buying another liquid liner already.3
I followed the instructions and keep this pen upside down in a pencil cup and yet after only a few uses it seems to have dried up. It smudges easily. If you trace over the same area, it seems to remove product instead of add. Overall a let-down.2
I really like this eyeliner. It is perfect for a good cat eye, wing tipped look! I would definitely buy it in the future.5
Magical. The pen is the perfect thickness for a thin and precise line. The black is deep and doesn't need more than one coat. It is pretty sturdy, but smudges after a while unless I use eye primer, in which case it stays put! I will continue to use this and buy again when I run out!5
I really like Cynthia rowley makeup but unfortunately I hated this eyeliner. After one use it stopped working, the tip got very dry, irretated my eyelid and had no color to it. I went back to my regular Kat Von d tattoo liner that cost the same and 100times better.2
Thought this was a little too dark, and did not like the pen/marker style applicator. I prefer an eyeliner is more like a crayon. This smudged easily.2
