Fun fact about fashion designer Cynthia Rowley: For years, whenever she wanted to wear bold eyeliner, she had to resort to using a Sharpie on her lids. Luckily, the style whiz has created an easier and far safer alternative: this smudgeproof liquid liner. The pen-style tip makes for ultraprecise application, whether you're stippling your bottom lash line or flicking to create the perfect cat eye. The resulting laser-like inky line is totally smudgeproof. And the signature gold motif will ensure that it never gets lost in your (seemingly bottomless) makeup bag.
I recieved this liner as a full sized product in my upgraded birchbox. I don't think I will be buyung any more of these myself. It wasn't the worst liner I've ever used but the tip was a bit difficult to work with. I think if it was more felxable it might be easier. The felt tip also started drying out before I finished lining my eyes. I also felt that the black color wasn't very dark. I actually ended up going over this liner with a darker drugstore liner to get the look I like. However since its not too dark if you prefer a lighter and slightly less bold look in your liner then this might be for you. it's just not for me.3
I love felt tip liquid eyeliner, and use it almost daily. This product was perfect for me. I love the tip, it makes eye artwork easy and wingtips easy!4
I'm not a big fan of liquid liners and this one is no exception . It definitely fades and smudges .4
Easy to use and I prefer crayon eye liner usually over liquid. The black writes very smooth and rich as far as a liquid liner goes this one sur beats previous purchases.3
I loved this idea and was really excited to try out this liner. The color (navy) is gorgeous, but the pen dried out before I finished lining one eye. Storing it tip down helps it re-moisten, but having to tap the liner on the counter for what seemed like a couple of minutes a couple of times per eye to get the color to come out of the pen just isn't very efficient. The liner itself was easy to use and went on nicely when it worked. The color itself looked great and stayed on well. It's just not worth it to me to fight with it that much in the morning to get my eyes lined.4
I loved this liner at first, and have not used this type of liner before. However, it seemed like it dried out after a few uses. Disappointing because this was advertised as a full size product.3
I like the consistency and the longevity of this liner however it's really not my color.4
I received the full size version of this product in my May box. I liked the fine tip and quality of the liquid. However, I received this in blue which does not compliment my eye color very well. I plan to save it for special occasions.4
I am very picky abouy eye liner. Usually i stick to what i know ... Pencil! I was surprised and amazed to have such a pleasent experiance with Cynthia Roley Luquid liner. The thin point made it easy to apply and kept a thin line. I could go thicker , but i tend to keep it natural. I like the color as well, it was a shade of blue i never really used. Needless to say i fell in love with it :)5
This was a little more difficult to apply than I would have liked and it came out looking almost navy instead of black.2
