Fun fact about fashion designer Cynthia Rowley: For years, whenever she wanted to wear bold eyeliner, she had to resort to using a Sharpie on her lids. Luckily, the style whiz has created an easier and far safer alternative: this smudgeproof liquid liner. The pen-style tip makes for ultraprecise application, whether you're stippling your bottom lash line or flicking to create the perfect cat eye. The resulting laser-like inky line is totally smudgeproof. And the signature gold motif will ensure that it never gets lost in your (seemingly bottomless) makeup bag.
I loved this beautiful, slightly blue, liner. Typically I don’t use colored eyeliner but this one changed my mind. It went on effortlessly and stayed on all day. The hint of blue was just enough.5
I liked this eyeliner the first time I used it, but the second time, it did not apply as smoothly. I realized the cap had not been on completely and I'm afraid it dried out. Thing is, the cap had snapped on and apparently came back off in my make-up bag. For this reason, I think the packaging could be better, maybe a twist on cap instead of a snap on.4
The only thing is that I received a navy one but it really don't like it but in black it would look better4
Where has this thing been all my life! I have been struggling for years on mastering the cat eye, this eye liner has changed everything! the only down side is that i lost it a week after getting it! Im purchasing this one!5
I am SO disappointed with this eyeliner. It just does not apply well/at all. It gets gummed up IMMEDIATELY by any other make up on your face. I guess It may apply if you have no eyeshadow/primer on at all, but that is not how I do makeup.
I bought this because the reviews were good and I like the other products in this line but this eyeliner is completely useless. I want my money back. >:|
If you want to fight this pen for smudgy awful lined eyes, this is the product for you.
I am not one to use liquid liner due to being kinda shaky/clumsy in the morning. I tested it on the back of my hand, it seemed to hold up very well with hand washing and what not. The color was different, but in a good way. I would wear it if I knew how to apply it without messing it up.3
I really like this eyeliner. It applies smoothly and can be smudged if necessary. I especially like the navy color, less forgiving than black4
This liner goes on very smooth - not problems with getting to much in a blob - ever - and you can smudge it a bit for a less perfect line. An everyday descriptor would be like using a very fine felt tip pen (ties to Cynthia's comment on the use of a Sharpie) - with an ultra fine tip for the tiniest applications, but easily layer able for a bolder look.5
The packaging is cute but that's as far as I can go with this product. It dries out too fast to apply very artistically. You have to apply in pieces while constantly putting the lid back on and shaking.2
Little difficult to apply- but that could be user error!3
