Cardinal beauty rule number one: Never wash your face with plain old soap. This soap-free cleanser, made with French thermal spring water, has been keeping European beauties fresh-faced for decades. The gentle formula purifies skin without aggravating it, and is especially good for oily or blemish-prone skin types.
I was interested in trying this cleanser because I am still searching for the perfect cleanser for me. This one was cool because it was soap free but it dried out my face too much to use often. My face did feel clean but too dry for my taste.3
Cleanses my face without that dry feeling afterward, and smells great5
I think I have just received so much of this type of product. It doesn't stand out as anything wow worthy to me. I was clean. Smell was fine.3
I use this with my clarisonic cleaning brush and I feel like I get the best clean and the softness skin afterwards! I would definitely purchase after the sample, i love trying new skin care products!5
I liked the smell, but I just felt like my skin was either over cleaned and it stripped all the oil from my face or it left a film on my face. I just didn't like the way my face felt after using this product.3
I was excited to use this product. ...I really liked the fresh scent. I was extremely disappointed to find that it was extremly drying to my skin. ????4
This cleanser takes all the makeup off my face, but it leaves my skin feeling super tight and dry afterwards. For reference, I'm in my 30's and have normal/combination skin. I think at this point in my life, I just need to stick to cream cleansers.4
I have oily, breakout prone skin (and I'm in my 50's) and this did not help one bit. My skin didn't feel as clean after using it as my current cleanser. The aging skin + oil is a definite challenge.2
I thought this was a nice cleanser. I only used it on my face and it seemed to do a good job. I didn't think there was anything too special about it.3
This product has a really nice smell, and it cleanses my face well. I have been using it when I work overnight (not every day), so in not sure how drying it would be with everyday use. It does make my skin slightly dry-feeling, but that is combatted with a lotion. I would be hesitant to use it during the winter when my face is very dry.4
