We’ve been trying to hunt down the perfect eye makeup remover for ages: some are too oily, while others sting our sensitive eyes. That’s why we couldn’t be happier about discovering this pH-balanced formula (read: it’s gentle) from a cult French brand. A day’s worth of mascara comes off no prob, and it’s suitable for even the most delicate skin.
I wanted to love this, I really REALLY did. Unfortunately, it seems that nothing can quite match up to the magic of Lancome's Bi-Facil, at least IMO. I feel like it needed just a touch more oil to get all my eye makeup off without pulling, which shouldn't be that hard. I only wear a thin liner, 2 coats of mascara and sometimes a thin layer of eyeshadow so you'd think taking off my eye makeup should be pretty simple but this product just didn't reach the standard I wanted it to. Alas, I guess I'll be going back to Lancome...3
I love that this product is gentle, doesn't burn my eyes, and removes makeup well. The light scent is also nice.5
This isn't a terrible eye makeup remover, but it does leave my skin feeling a bit oily. It also doesnt seem to do the best job removing all of my eye make-up, but its the best ive found.3
I purchased this product a few months back because my sister loves it. I do like it and it takes my makeup right off. However, rarely use it because I prefer another makeup remover over it.3
This eye make-up remover is very gentle & gets most of the job done. I also like how it lightly smells & that it has some natural ingredients.4
Gentle, not greasy, and works great. However, it does take more product than other brands to remove mascara but it takes of light shimmery substances just great.4
I had waterproof and regular mascara on and I almost ripped my eyelashes trying to use this. Sad because I love this brand1
I always layer mascara and other eye products despite having sensitive eyes. This natural alternative takes even the most stubborn water-proof liner off without making my eyes feel dry and flaky.5
This Klorane remover does the job and has a nice scent. That said, I could also live with other remover wipes out there (which would not require the step of actually buying cotton squares or balls).3
I bought this because it was recommended to fully remove my eye makeup without adding any dryness or chemicals to my otherwise very dry and irritated eyes. True to its advertising it does not irritate my eyes, but the smell is unpleasantly chemical and I have to apply it repeatedly to remove even a little bit of mascara. Not my favorite.3
