A little nail bling always puts us in a good mood. Zoya’s Gems and Jewels holiday collection features three metallic shimmers and three glitter glazes. Wear them alone or layer them to make your nails pop at your next party.
I don't particularly like the selection of colors from this collection.2
As I'm a grown woman, metallic blue isn't really an appropriate color for my fingernails. I used this on my toenails and feel a little silly even with shoes on. No more Urban Decay/90s teen-style colors, please.2
I am partial to Essie polishes, and though I would be willing to try the Zoya brand, the blue "Noel" shade doesn't particularly suit my classic nail color taste.2
the Izzy pink polish color does not look attractive on my nails at all. the color appears to be an old 90s color of polish (and not the old 90s trends that are coming back in style).2
I really liked the color in the bottle, but not so much when I put in on my nails and even with a good base/top coat it chipped same day on my toes. :(2
Like the other Zoya polishes I have, this one just won't hold up. I have to redo my nails every couple days so I only use it when I need the color for a specific occasion.2
Not a fan of the jewel tone colors, I have light skin and it doesn't look good.2
I love that the product doesn't have harsh chemicals, and the application was great. The product went on smoothly and covered pretty well with one coat and perfectly with a quick second coat. However, the colors just aren't for me. I received "Noel" which is the vibrant teal color with teal and silver shimmer. While it is a nice color, I tent to stick to more traditional (red, pink, neutral, gray, etc) colors, and would have loved to receive a more universally "wearable" shade.2
This collection (and the past couple) just aren't colors that I'm interested in. Zoya has plenty of 'my colors' though. Formula is nice and I love the little bottles.2
I bought a few of these for gifts, as I was told by someone else that this brand was really good. Unfortunately, I bought the ones that I have sparkles- which are really stringy, metal fibers that leave the finished nail rough, and they catch on clothing. Ended up tossing them in the garbage.1
