Leave it to Caudalie, the vinotherapie experts, to give ordinary lip balm a makeover. Shaped like a lipstick, this slanted balm is easy to apply and goes on clear, with a hint of shine. It contains grape-derived antioxidants to condition lips and heal chapped skin and is perfect for layering under your other lip products.
My friend loves this product so I thought I would try it out. Sadly it left me with a irritated rash on my lips, I must be allergic to one of it's ingredients.1
I got this product using points. I was hoping it would alleviate my always-chapped lips. It does not feel moisturizing and dries out my lips very quickly. I'll probably keep using it until it's gone just because I don't want to deal with sending it back. It's no better than a $2 tube of chap-stick.1
Wasted my points on this ...didn't like it at all. It didn't heal my chapped lips any better than dollar store chap stick would have.1
I was not a fan of the smell or taste and was not impressed with the moisture level, I felt that my lips were not healed after using this product.1
I love to use lip treatments. I was excited to try this because I purchased it with my points that I have earned by writing reviews and I was highly disappointed when I got the product and tried it. The smell is not very appealing and it does not taste good if you lick your lips. I also noticed that when you apply it to chapped lips, it breaks off of the lip treatment and just gets all over the place. I am not a fan of this product :/1
Nothing special and certainly not worth the extra money. Upon receiving this conditioning balm, I noticed that it had a similar scent to something I've tried before. I can't remember what that product was, but nevertheless this chapstick may even dry my lips out more using it, than not.2
I bought this without sampling. Eh. It's basically chap stick. It's not a bad lip product, but didn't come close to what I thought it may do. For the price, do yourself a favor and grab a generic lip balm from the grocery store check out line.2
I wouldn't purchase again. It's good, but not great. I didn't like the smell either, but everyone differs on smell.2
This is really nothing special. It works okay, but I'd never spend $12 again on it. Basic lip balm and it looks like a glue stick.3
This balm is not quite as nourishing as I hoped. I live in Colorado where the winters are cold, windy, and so dry. This would be a good lip balm for the summer, but it doesn't cut it in the winter.3
