This candle was a major disappoint. I love the wood wick style of candle and was excited to try a new brand. This one would not stay lit no matter what I tried. Removing the charred part of the wick, leaving it on, pouring out some of the wax to allow the wick to burn better. NOTHING worked. It wouldn't even stay lit for 5 minutes. I ended up throwing the whole thing out. Which I only felt ok about since I had gotten it through a VIP bonus. Don't waste your money.

I got this candle while Birchbox was having a special on points and it is SUCH a let down!
my only requirement for candles its that they make at least the area around them smell nice. NO SCENT AT ALL came off this candle, in fact - after burning it for four hours I had a hard time keeping it lit due to the wood wick.
For such an expensive candle this is a huge let down.

The white truffle smelled like a men's cologne. Also, the wick was so tiny that you could barely light the candle, and when you did-it went out because it was so little! It did not crackle at all like the description said it would.

Seriously, I feel like I am sitting next to a campfire when this is burning. The crackling of the wood wick is so soothing while sitting in a hot bath and scent is fresh and sweet.

Love Love Love my candles and always want to have on hand to give away as a quick gift of needed just to make someone day a little better, not that excited about the scent on this one but love the wick and a nice size a bit pricey but used my 40% off for Aces
