Sometimes we find ourselves strapped for shower time. While we make room for all the basics—shampoo, shower gel, a shave—exfoliation doesn’t always make the cut. Enter these portable, fit-in-your-palm scrubs. Much like their edible predecessors, these bonbons pack a lot into a little bite. Crammed with all-natural goodies specialized to slough away dead skin and replenish cells with moisture, you’ll want to make these your new cleansing companions—even in a time crunch.
These bonbons are such a treat. Super portable, ever so easy to use. Great texture, lovely scent, and they work.
But unless you are hobbit sized with a very small surface area, you will find that one of these babies works exactly for one shower. Not two. Certainly, certainly not three.
Which is what the directions suggest. There is nothing wrong with this being a single use product, I would still buy it, and will buy it over and over because I travel for business, and this is a portable piece of heaven to have on hand, and yeah, I am hooked. But don't be fooled. If you are going to use it all over your body, you will get one use out of each bonbon.
the good news is that this does exfoliate. pretty well. the list of bad news is longer. as other users stated one bonbon is good for one shower. the smell was good at first and quickly became overwhelming. the worst is the oily film is leaves all over you. i felt i needed another shower... and when i tried, my loofah wouldn't even glide over my body anymore because oil and water don't mix. it was a miss for me.1
wasn't very good. wouldn't order on a regular. wish it was more like a bath bomb.2
Was excited to try out this product. After trying I didn't feel like it showed that much difference. I would honestly say this product is just ok, I wouldn't purchase it.3
This smells great and leaves a nice feel to your skin. I would recommend it for use and maybe even before or during a bath.4
This product smelled bad and it left a filmy feeling on my body. Like oil. Definite no for me.1
This was just awful. It feels like a block of butter that had been dropped in the sand. A shower should be nice and refreshing, not making you feel like you're covered in butter. It also left my shower feeling greasy and I was afraid of slipping! And it doesn't even smell good (I got the citrus sample). The inner wrapper and instructions are paper, so they just get wet and ruined in the shower. They claim that it can be used 2-3 times. Nope. One use, maybe one and a half. Overall, it was a train wreck from start to finish.
The lavender helps a lot with it fighting inflammation4
I absolutely love how this scrub makes my skin feel so soft and the effects last for a few days, too!5
I enjoyed this scrub because it made my skin soft!5
