Sometimes we find ourselves strapped for shower time. While we make room for all the basics—shampoo, shower gel, a shave—exfoliation doesn’t always make the cut. Enter these portable, fit-in-your-palm scrubs. Much like their edible predecessors, these bonbons pack a lot into a little bite. Crammed with all-natural goodies specialized to slough away dead skin and replenish cells with moisture, you’ll want to make these your new cleansing companions—even in a time crunch.
I was really excited to try this product. Unfortunately it was not that great. It only lasted for 2 - 3 uses and it was very crumbly. I also was not in love with the scents. They had a very strange smell and not one I enjoyed.1
Left my skin way too oily and also crumbled apart - with a good deal of it wasted - during the second use.1
This is hands-down the worst body scrub I've ever used. It was so rough it actually felt like it was scratching me, and it left a sticky/greasy residue that took hours to fade away. Disgusting.1
This was actually painful to use in the shower and it left red marks and abrasions all over my body.1
I opened sample to use and it was very rough on my skin. After I washed it off, a greasy residue was left on my skin that I need to take another shower to clean off! Threw the remainder away!1
This is the worst thing I have ever gotten from Birchbox. I use scrubs all the time, so I was excited to get it. I got the one in green foil and it smelled like a rancid cookie. I used it in a hot shower, and chunks of the scrub would break off and fall. It was a little too abrasive, like it was scratching at my skin, and left a distinctly greasy residue. I tried to use the remaining piece, but the steam from the shower combined with the scrub made my bathroom smell terrible. I decided to throw the pieces I had left away.1
I've used salt scrubs before, albeit never in a solid like this little "bonbon." I tend to stick with the scrubs I've been using and like, but I do add to the routine every now and then. This one didn't make the cut. I've never had a reaction to orange/orange oil based products before, but not only did it leave my skin feeling waxy, but my skin became red and chapped after use. Not going to be adding this to the collection.1
This is the worst product I have received in my Birchbox. It was supposed to last 2-3 uses but dissolved quickly and was only good for 1 use. It also left a weird oily residue, possibly because it was supposed to be for more than 1 wash. I had to use another product to wash this off. Definitely would not buy.1
The scent was awful. it lingered on the skin and was hard to wash away. I would not use this product for any reason.1
I love scrubs in the shower and I put this product in my shower and used it after being in their for a couple of minutes and it completely fell apart. I couldn't even scrub my whole body with it. I also have sensitive skin and it did not react well with my skin. Overall not a good product for my specific skin type.1
