I don't know if it was just the sample that I was sent, but the smell was awful. I didn't really notice a difference in my skin once I used it either1
I received the vanilla smell of this product, and it was absolutely disgusting. I threw it out after swiping it once across my skin. I wouldn't have been impressed with the exfoliation of it either had I actually been able to tolerate the smell.1
The scent of this sample was overpowering, and it left an oily residue that had to be washed off really throughly. Not a fan.1
I was excited to try this but it turned out to be very disappointing. My sample was "citrus" scent and it had a smell but in no way would I describe it as pleasant or citrus. The pellet did not rub in or dissolve onto my skin - it felt like rubbing a piece of cement across me. It made me feel dirty and I wanted to soap up and shower it right back off.1
I felt greasy after using this product. I was expecting a good exfoliant after reading the ingredients but instead it felt as if I had got in a fight with crisco, and the crisco won lol. Maybe for someone with super dry skin...but left me feeling like an oily mess.1
When I received this it was like a chocolate minty smell. I dont know what it was but I threw it away. Wasn't interested in trying it.1
the good news is that this does exfoliate. pretty well. the list of bad news is longer. as other users stated one bonbon is good for one shower. the smell was good at first and quickly became overwhelming. the worst is the oily film is leaves all over you. i felt i needed another shower... and when i tried, my loofah wouldn't even glide over my body anymore because oil and water don't mix. it was a miss for me.1
This product smelled bad and it left a filmy feeling on my body. Like oil. Definite no for me.1
This was just awful. It feels like a block of butter that had been dropped in the sand. A shower should be nice and refreshing, not making you feel like you're covered in butter. It also left my shower feeling greasy and I was afraid of slipping! And it doesn't even smell good (I got the citrus sample). The inner wrapper and instructions are paper, so they just get wet and ruined in the shower. They claim that it can be used 2-3 times. Nope. One use, maybe one and a half. Overall, it was a train wreck from start to finish.
This scrub is so greasy I had to clean my shower immediately! I'm not trying to be negative but after a long day, the last thing I feel like doing is rubbing down with something that has the consistency of Vaseline with a little bit of sand in it. Also I didn't find it to have a great scent either.1
