Back in the day, we used to rock scrunchies like they were our job. But now that we’re grown-ups (kind of), it’s time to graduate to something a bit more sophisticated. These chic hair ties keep hair secure without snagging strands or leaving ugly creases. Best of all, they look as good on our wrists as they do in our ponytail.
I like the Twistband. Its a cuter alternative to normal bands and doesn't snag in my thick, curly hair. They hold up very well!4
These were in my first birchbox, and then I bought more at a Birchbox event in nyc. Great product for my thick curly hair.5
A cute alternative to a rubber-band type hairtie, but it slips out of my hair quickly but doesn't stretch enough to go around another time. The ends are already fraying a little after just a few days so I'd be concerned about its lifespan compared to a normal hairtie, as well.2
Love these! Cute alternative to plain hairbands. Look cute in my hair and on my wrist. Also, love that they don't pull and break my hair. Very happy with this product.5
These are so cute! I love that they are a little thicker than regular hair ties, they don't leave my hair with that awkward bump when I take it out, and they come in cute colors! I got a yellow one in my birchbox and love the color for spring and summer :)5
These hair ties are great! I like to pull my hair up after work and now I can do it without my hair getting kinked by the following morning.4
I still think thesetwist ties are such a joke. 1st off my have long thick hair and the stupid band comes apart. 2nd, the last time I had the blacxk color and when the band got wet my wrist turned black. A child could make a better product. And 10 bucks for 6 pieces of junk......ha~!1
These are cute but have to re-adjust often due to the tie.3
I have crazy curly hair and when I used this hairtie there was noticeably less hair wrapped around it at the end of the day.5
I loved my twistband - I didn't feel like it was hurting my hair, like other hairbands, and it didn't cut into my flesh, either. Also, my hair didn't accumulate in knots around the twistband, which was nice. However, I can't imagine paying so much for each band. Maybe my mind will change if/when I lose the twistband that came in my Birchbox, but the price seems unreasonable right now.5
