This product was practically made for Willow Smith…and anyone else who likes to whip her hair back and forth, for that matter. New York-based Hair Rules helps ladies keep frizz in check while promoting touchable tresses with this leave-in formula. Hair that’s smooth and bouncy? Whip it good.
I really enjoyed using this product because it kept my hair curly without being heavy or crunchy. I currently use a different product, but am considering switching when I run out!4
There a lot of work involved in using this properly. I just put it on at the end of my shower and combed it out, completely skipping the "drying/setting" step, because ain't nobody got time for that. Obviously this would work better if I had done that, because I was just left with a kind of "product-y" feeling mess in my hair.1
I wanted to like this product, but it did nothing special for my hair.2
I rarely wear my hair down because it is so hard to tame, but with this it is actually possible!5
I love getting boxes with curly hair products! This is a reliable brand and I may just purchase in the future.5
This product smells great, easy to apply. It says put a large amount in your hand, but I only use a quarter size and smooth from the middle of my hair out. Then use a comb to help to style. You can get quite a few uses out of the bottle.5
I liked the texture of this but made my hair a bit greasy3
This product was just okay for me. I wish the smell was a little better.3
It works in terms of keeping my curls...curly throughout the day. Seems to do what it's intended without leaving my hair crusty or greasy. But it's the smell I'm in love with. It smells like fruit punch. The sample was enough to try it 4-5 times.5
I twist my hair, and I've been looking for a hair serum to keep my curls tight without shrinkage or crunchyness. This serum did not keep my curls in tact, but I think it was mainly due to the texture of my hair (very fine, kinky).2
