Of all the beauty minefields out there, visible pores are one of the trickiest to dodge. Foundation alone doesn't do the trick, which is why we turn to this translucent balm to shrink the appearance of our pores. The silky, oil-free formula diffuses pores and fine lines for an airbrushed finish, and it goes on sheer, leaving skin smoother and more even. We can use it as a primer in the mornings or as a touch-up treatment throughout the day. Perfect T-zone, here we come.
I just don't really love it. I don't think it makes a difference in wear, it's pretty typical of a silicon based primer and is fairly expensive for something I don't notice. I've been using it to make sure I get my money's worth and putting it only on my t zone, which gets quite oily. I can't wait to finish this so I can start trying out other primers.3
I have tried the sample of this primer twice and honestly did not notice a difference at all. I have a primer that I use, but only on special occasions. I applied it beneath my mineral-based makeup, and felt like more was absorbing into my fingertips than my face. By the end of the day, my makeup (and pores) looked the same as normal (sans primer).3
I've previously used this product and it works okay for me in Winter but once Spring/Summer and humidity hits it just doesn't keep my shiny face, large pore look under control. Consistency is similar to drug store products that retail for around 1/3 the cost. Overall, I like the Benefit brand but this product just doesn't live up.3
I don't know much about BB creams, but that is how I would describe the feel and result of this product. It did make my pores less noticeable, but they were certainly still visible. I tried using this, then putting my usual foundation over it, but the result was too heavy. I liked the Coola version of this idea a little better. It wasn't effective enough as a stand-alone layer, and too much when combined with other makeup. Probably great for other folks, just not for me.3
Great lightweight, soft cream. Doesn't feel cakey or gross after applying. I've owned this product prior, and after using several times, I'm not as impressed as I'd hoped. I don't notice any improvements to my pores. I recommend Urban Decay's primers over Benefit brand's.3
It did what it was supposed to do, but I don't know that it is any different than other primers that you can get at a lower price point!3
I find pore refining products as makeup kind of disturbing. It feels really unhealthy on my face and the whole marketing around them makes it seem like we should all be embarrassed of having... pores. Which is weird. Skincare products more focused on skin health and moisture are a lot more appealing. These makeup products feel like face lube or something and make me and my skin sad.3
This product was good. Very good primer, if I was to get some new primer I would try this3
i feel that it have not worked on my pores but it smells good but it is used for pores not for fragnance so i dnt lyk this3
This is just a middle of the road face primer. Not bad, does it's job, but it's not great either3
