Of all the beauty minefields out there, visible pores are one of the trickiest to dodge. Foundation alone doesn't do the trick, which is why we turn to this translucent balm to shrink the appearance of our pores. The silky, oil-free formula diffuses pores and fine lines for an airbrushed finish, and it goes on sheer, leaving skin smoother and more even. We can use it as a primer in the mornings or as a touch-up treatment throughout the day. Perfect T-zone, here we come.
I wasn't able to notice a difference when putting on my makeup. I tried it a couple of times and I wasn't excited about the final look or feel.1
Really thick and gummy makes my skin feel gross gave it a couple tries maybe I got a bad sample.1
Not the best for dry skin. I feel that it makes dry patches more visible/ doesn't make my makeup last longer.1
I used this pore cream just like it said to on the card. I even watched a Youtube how to before doing it. First, the shade is WAY too dark for me. It doesn't look like it would be at first, but yes my skin turned orange. Before I could clean it off, the started clumping and no I didn't use too much, I barely used a dab. This is definitely not something I'll use.1
I was excited to see the primer in my May box but upon use I wasn't impressed. I have used a few other primers and liked the results or how they extended the wear of my makeup but this benefit primer didn't impress me. I did try this primer with 4 different foundations (I like options) but I did not like it with any of them. Also this review moved into the benefit rollerlash mascara -- which I did not receive or try. I only tried the primer.1
I have tried this in the past and it did not work for me. I thought about giving it another chance and still did not work on diffusing pores. I will not purchase full size.1
I get the purpose of this primer is to give the illusion of smooth surface before makeup application. But, it isn't as great as it's said to be. Definitely not for every skin type. It doesn't last long because it starts to almost "melt" and your foundation will set into your pores. Not a fan.1
I was so excited to try this, and thrilled to find it in my box. I had actually went to Sephora to buy this before receiving my sample, and the sales person talked me out of it. She was right! I didn't notice a difference in my pores. It did control oil for a couple of hours, but once it "wore off" my skin was oiler than if I had not used a primer.1
I would love to say a little goes a long way. But this is just a bad formulated product by benefit. This pore minimized makes your foundation smear and dissolve : (1
Was just a sticky paste with little to no color. I found it to be more of a pore clogger - something that didn't help my skin but that I actually had to remember to wash off at night.1
