We don’t mean to sound like drama queens, but we’re carrying some serious under eye baggage. It’s a good thing we have this brightening concealer to erase the effects of late nights and little sleep. As the clever name suggests, the pink-toned fluid works like a mini eye lift to counteract dark circles and puffiness. We use it in the morning to fake looking well-rested, as well as at the end of the day to perk up our post-work day makeup.
There are other products (i.e. MAC prep+prime for under eye circles) that claim to do the same that have worked better for me. This was a little thin and did not last long.3
After using this product i didn't notice much of a difference. If your looking for a subtle high light under your eyes this product is for you, but if your looking for a product that hides dark circles i suggest you buy it's potent! instead.3
This lasts forever! I use it for pick me up in middle of my work day..over makeup.. Under my brows, corners of eyes and outside eyes above cheek bones..oh & around my lips for highlight sometimes too! It's amazing and feels fresh after applying. It makes me feel more awake! So love this product..benefit has some great products. Thank you..totally recommend!5
I love this product. I carry it with me whenever I go out. After a couple hours of drinking and dancing my eyeliner and mascara always seems to make dark circles under my eyes. Just a little bit of this makes it completely disappear and you look more awake and refreshed.5
I hate to not like this product because Benefit is my favorite cosmetic company. However, there is literally no difference after applying this product. I've tried using it all around my eyes and even on my cheekbones as a highlighter (saw this tip online) and was completely disappointed, so much so that I thought I bought a bad batch. In case it helps to know, I have extremely bad and dark undereye circles, so perhaps those who like this product have fared better gene and sleep wise than I have1
For a summer make-up routine, I'm just been using a cheek stain, this under-eye highlighter, and mascara. This does the job for me--I have fair skin and just a little bit of blue/purple under my eyes--but if I had worse undereye circles, this would probably be too sheer and light to make a difference. I do love how easy it is to apply, and the pinkish color is much better for me than some of the other highlighters.4
I wasn't really in the market for a new highlighter but tried this stuff out at a department store on a whim. Needless to say I'm now addicted. I use Benefit's "Fake Up" under my eyes and I use this around the edges/corners of my eyes for bonus brightening! I bought this from Birchbox rather than the department store because 1. I got to use my points (!) 2. I love Birchbox and enjoy supporting them over the big box retailers :)5
i ordered this along with the "benefit- erase paste" and this is NOTHING compared to the erase paste. after applying the benefit ooh la lift, it hardly appeared to be any difference than before application. definitely will not be purchasing this product again.2
With deep, dark under eye circles, (I blame genetics) I've tried many concealers. This product is the perfect finishing touch! Along with my concealer (right now I'm using Smashbox High Definition) Benefit's "Ooh La Lift" brightens the eye area. Concealer alone may cover the raccoon eyes, but this product gives the much-needed bright-eyed awake effect. Great price, as a little goes a long way.5
I apply this under and around my eyes, just a few dots, and blend; it creates a total brightening effect and makes me look more radiant. :)5
