In 1977, Jane and Jean Ford, the twin sisters behind Benefit, met a local dancer who requested a long-lasting red pigment that wouldn’t budge during her shows. They listened, and this beloved rose lip and cheek stain was born. Year after year, it’s a bestseller for good reason: the translucent color leaves us with a natural flush so we look pretty, not made-up.
One of my favorite make-up items. You can swim or go on a hike and this stuff won't budge. Creates a minimalist fresh look with light eye shadow and a light mascara.5
I LOVE this product and am never without it! Talk about a multi tasker and so easy when you are on the go, it is always in my purse!5
I really like this product. I probably won't use it on my cheeks because my skin is sensitive and I'm not a fan of cream or liquid blushes, but it is a great lasting lip tint! I have been applying it while doing my make-up and then layer with lip gloss on my way out the door. The color has been very lasting, and is matte, so a good base.5
This stuff is great! I use it mostly on my lips then layer over with the posie balm! It looks great on cheeks as well. It's great to give your lips and cheeks just a bit a of color without looking over the top! I use this everyday!5
This is a really nice stain. However, I wish it was a little darker. I put on multiple layers to get the rosey color I was looking for.3
I thought it worked nicely on my lips but I had hard time blending on my and my daughters cheeks. It left a light blotchy look.3
I thought this product was a little sticky feeling, and a little too red for my complexion. It might work great for other people, but it wasn't really for me.3
This product is WONDERFUL!!! It is so easy to apply, and it gives just the right amount of rosy to my cheeks.5
Great for lips and cheeks without being overwhelming and obvious. I haven't worn blush in years because I wanted a natural look. This gives the appearance of an afternoon in the fresh air. Very natural!5
While I love the concept, I guess I was disappointed that the sample color isn't as universal as I thought it might be. The stain just wasn't complimentary to my dark skin tone.3
