In 1977, Jane and Jean Ford, the twin sisters behind Benefit, met a local dancer who requested a long-lasting red pigment that wouldn’t budge during her shows. They listened, and this beloved rose lip and cheek stain was born. Year after year, it’s a bestseller for good reason: the translucent color leaves us with a natural flush so we look pretty, not made-up.
I received a sample in my January box and I love it! It gives me just enough color so that I don't feel washed out. I would definitely recommend this. :)5
The texture of this tint is really great, lovely and light and smooth. The color works fabulously on lips while being a liiiittle difficult to diffuse on the cheeks, however I've found the best way to apply it to the cheek is to first put it on your fingertips. I really enjoy that you can layer the color up for more punch on your lips, and it doesn't feel like you're wearing a heavy lipstick. Truly a lovely product!5
I love benetint. I had used it years ago and my sample reminded my of how wonderful it was. The perfect shade for lips and cheeks. A must have!5
This product is great for when you are in a rush. I keep a sample in my car just in case I need a little color in my cheeks or lips. It is a lovely, flattering shade for both cheeks and lips on my fair skin. I think I have about 10 samples of this product in various places, but I am always happy to have another one.5
The tint is a nice color and looks pretty on lips. I did struggle some with applying the tint to my cheeks. No success there.3
I don't really use this on my cheeks much, but it's a perfect tint on lips when you don't want to do anything too heavy but also don't want to look washed out. also it's lasted me FOREVER. Definitely a good investment.5
I use this as a lip stain and I absolutely love it. It can be as sublet or as dark as you want depending on how many layers you put on and once it dries you don't even know its there. I put lip balm over the stain to make my lips feel moisturized and it didn't smear the color at all. Also, it smells like roses :)
Haven't tried it as a blush because i don't usually wear blush.
I use this all the time for a touch of color to my cheeks and lips. You only need to use a little bit.5
I have been using Benetint for years. First off the bottle last me forever and second the product stays in place all day and give a more natural tinting than I am able to get from regular blush or lipstick. If you want more color just add more on you will get the look you want!5
I have really oily skin, so these type liquid (or cream) products aren't for me. I prefer powder blushes. I'm not really sure I like it on my lips either, I'm just used to lipsticks or glosses. I know people who love this product! I just recommend trying a sample before you use it.3
