We seem to do our darndest to wreak havoc on our hair (highlights, lowlights, straighten, curl, the list goes on), but sometimes even thinking about repairing our strands seems daunting. UK-based TONI&GUY makes it easy peasy with this shampoo specially formulated for damaged hair, which softens and fortifies for radiant results.
I use the T&G smoothing shampoo and conditioner in my normal routine, so I was excited to try another shampoo from the brand. The sample packaging is cute, but made it somewhat difficult to get a usable amount of product out. Smell is nice, texture is nice, but I didn't feel like it was as effective as it claims to be. I blow dry and straighten my hair, so I like to be proactive about damage with treatments before styling so maybe my hair wasn't damaged enough to see an effect.4
I used this shampoo after washing out my overheated, over hair sprayed, next day bridesmaid hair. It was the perfect amount of moisture with out leaving my hair oily. It took out the styling products without stripping my hair. I loved it!5
I love the smell of this product and found that it does make my very over blown hair softer.5
This shampoo works great with other hair products. It made my hair soft and manageable.5
Not a fan of the fragrance but the texture and consistency of this product is great!4
Sent of this product reminded me of baby products, not at all appealing to me. Also felt like it might be good for dry hair, but not fine, oily blond hair like mine.1
I love this conditioner! I straighten or curl my hair all the time which leads to damage, but I really felt like this made my hair feel healthier.5
just a typical moisturizing shampoo cleans well not a fan of sulfates3
I was looking forward to trying this shampoo and conditioner team as I have very dry curly hair that is color treated. I liked how much the shampoo foamed and it cleaned my hair very well. I don't feel like it erased any of the damage I have though.4
Good shampoo, creamy texture that lathered nicely. It's nothing special though.4
