If “non-foaming shampoo” sounds like a paradox on par with “non-delicious cupcake” and “boring unicorn,” allow us to enlighten you. Non-sudsing cleansers are free of harsh parabens and sulfates, two ingredients that can cause damage to already-brittle hair. And this multitasker from Nelson j Beverly Hills doesn’t just stop at cleansing—it works seven wonders for hair health, including conditioning and detangling. Bonus: the minty citrus scent is a delicious wakeup call.
I really like the smell of this product. It is nice and refreshing. It really weighed my hair down though. It made my curls less curly.1
This was really nice stuff, but too expensive for little result.3
I use Divacurl, and this is similar. I like the fresh smell, and my hair was soft, but a little greasy.3
This product was ok, I was kinda scared to use because it has cones in and im trying to stay away from cones so other then its just ok3
I have been wanting to try and non-foaming shampoo ever since I saw an infomercial for a different brand. I love the idea of a shampoo without sulfates (foaming agent) and was pleasantly surprised by this product. It does take some getting use to a shampoo that doesn't lather, but change isn't usually easy right? I love a minty scent in my shampoo b/c it makes my scalp tingle - which energizes me in the morning! I also like that this product cuts out a step b/c you don't need a conditioner.4
I only wash my hair once every three days or so, so when I do wash it I need my shampoo to do its job. This shampoo left my hair soft, but not very clean. It smelled amazing, but just didn't work for me. I won't be purchasing.2
I only tried this product once so far and I'm still up in the air. My hair looked incredible, but I have winter flaking and one use isn't enough to tell if it helps moisturize. Also, my hair generally looks good for almost a week after a wash, but after I used this shampoo is started looking a little limp and greasy after 3 days. I'm not blaming the shampoo, after I finish the bottle I'll have a better idea if it did a good job or not.3
Loved the minty fresh smell of the shampoo... but it is kind of strange how this product is non-foaming. I like that it is sulfate free and paraben free!3
This didn't work for my fine, limp hair. I wound up giving this to my mom to try.1
I associate bubbles with cleaning and so when you take away the bubbles (for a valid reason), it also makes me feel like the product isn't working. I know that sodium laurel sulphate (the ingredient responsible for suds) isn't good for you but it is a necessary evil in my mind.1
