From the purest ingredients to out-of-this-world scents to beautiful (and, might we add, giftable) packaging, when it comes to the ultimate in skincare, this rich crème hits the nail on the proverbial head. The quick-absorbing formula sinks in for long-lasting hydration, restoring texture and overall health.
I ordered the full size version of the lotion after getting the sample. I got the Magnolia scent and did not like it at all. I was able to return it. I do not recommend this lotion. I think they are way better options on the site!1
The smell of this lotion was so offensive to me that I had to get up in the middle of the night and wash my hands after having put it on before bed. Couldn't even give it a second try.1
Overall, the texture of this cream was fine... it's the scent I didn't care for . A little too strong for me... but something that my grandma might enjoy.1
Honestly, who puts a dime sized amount of BODY LOTION in a tiny sample cup? Didn't like the scent, didn't like the size, didn't like the texture... didn't like this at all. I would never buy a tiny container of lotion for $62. Birchbox really had no business sampling this since none of us will ever buy it. #truth1
This cream is very strong, too much so for an all-over lotion. The scent I received, Tuberose was very mature, old smelling to me. Definitely not for me given the huge price tag.1
I didn't like the fragrance, it is a bit intense. It did moisturize as promised, but the only reason I could see for spending that much on a body creme would be if I loved the fragrance. Also, I didn't like the jar packaging.1
Smells like my grandma and is expensive! Couldn't really see the benefits because it was sooo smelly to use, I washed it off as soon as I applied it.1
The sample size was ridiculously small...I'm not sure how anyone can effectively try a lotion with such a small sample size. And, lotions in jars are just difficult to use without getting clumped under your fingernails. Lotions need to come in squeeze bottles or some other more user-friendly packaging. Besides that, I can't tell which scent I received as a sample, because it's not marked on the container. So, whatever scent I received, I absolutely can't stand. It's so perfume-y that I could never wear it.1
the lotion left a greasy finish and wasn't hydrating at all.1
This lotion smells terrible. The lotion itself is just okay, if you happen to like the smell. Definitely not worth the sticker price1
