We’ve been caught more than a few times with our noses in a product. Fragrance is that important, which is why we put our trust in Antica Farmacista (they introduced the scented reed diffuser to the U.S. 10 years ago!). With a commitment to the finest essential oils and natural ingredients, we’ve already found our signature scents in these seven soothing, rich hand creams. And with fragrances like Bergamot & Ocean Aria, we dare you to stop at just one.
This lotion had a great consistency and did not leave my hands feeling greasy. The fragrance however is very strong and overwhelming. It would have been nice to have a multi-use sample that you could put in a purse to carry with you instead of the tear-off top.1
i thought the cream was nice but it made my hands feel greasy and i really did not like the scent1
This moisturizer is very perfumey. I’m actually ok with perfumey so long as it smells good — fresh and light. I was really hoping for a musk scented moisturizer because I love all things musk (well, almost all things musk). However, the jasmine and gardenia notes overpower all. I’m not a fan of the smell although my hands felt silky.1
As others mention, the packaging was poor - the one time tear off use was difficult. The scent was a bit strong for my personal tastes. Just ok.1
The Antica Farmacista hand cream had a nice texture and it did a good job of moisturizing my hand, but it had a very strong fragrance. I was not crazy about the smell.1
When I initially put the lotion on, I loved the scent. It smells lemony and fresh and I was very hopeful. However, after the lotion is worked into my hands, it left only what I can call a grandma scent afterward. It gave me a headache and I've promptly thrown it away. In addition, I didn't find the lotion to be very moisturizing. I had to put my regular hand lotion on over top of it to get the desired moisturizing I needed.1
This lotion would be great if I was the sort of woman who put her handcream on at night and then wore gloves to let it all soak in. Unfortunately, I'm not. The product felt oily and had a really strong scent that I am not fond of.1
This is one of those lotions that feels as if it should be very creamy and hydrating because it's heavy, but then seems to evaporate to nothing, leaving your hands feel unmoisturized. Definitely not worth the price - I can't even be bothered to finish the sample as there are too many better lotions available. I got lemon scent, and the scent was fine.1
A nothing special hand cream. I don't think cream is all the interesting or unique... I prefer drug store lotion.1
This worked fine as a hand cream, but I was overwhelmed by the smotheringly strong smell. It was very intensely floral, like walking into the lotion store at the mall that makes my eyes sting. If you like that, you may like this, but it's not for me.2
