This scent has a story worth repeating: on a hike in the mountains of Italy, Atelier Cologne founders Sylvie Ganter and Christopher Cervasel stumbled upon a rare flower known to locals as the Brunello. They had never smelled anything like it — there seemed to be a whole ambery bouquet contained within the single bloom. After returning home, they were inspired to create a scent that paid homage to their fragrant memory, and Ambre Nue was born. This highly concentrated Cologne Absolue — 18 percent, to be exact — is the latest addition to the Atelier line.
I did not love this frangrance. It wasn't really for me, seemed too strong and a few aromas that I don't prefer in my perfumes1
This fragance was a little too strong for me. It seemed to have a more mature smell and I'm not looking to be mature right now! :)1
It's sweet and so feminine. Definitely some mandarin tones.
I envision strolling through a pretty garden center on a sunny day.
...this scent wasn't horrible, just not for me...too musky, which reads masculine in my opinion.2
This is definitely a strong scent, and is something I feel would be mroe suited on my husband than myself. It seemed a bit masculine, and even the tiniest of dabs made my head hurt.1
I love the scent and I got rave reviews from my hubby! Just too pricey for my blood.4
Love the scent! Great for a date night, however a little too strong for me to wear every day.3
it's a lovely scent, but i found it to be too strong for me.1
I really like the smell, but I could never spend this much on perfume.2
The scent is super strong so it's good if you are going out for the night, but kind of gives you a headache if you are just trying to relax3
