Everyone has that forward-looking friend who can push them to take a style leap. We feel that way about fashion designer Cynthia Rowley. These luxe, creamy liners deliver bold color that lasts and lasts, thanks to a smudge-proof formula. In on-trend shades like rose gold and shimmery brown, they're helping us push the beauty envelope—and the results are nothing short of eye-opening. Better yet, they're vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free.
I always get a bit sad when i get eyeliners in my box. I dont use them very often so i dont have much need for them. less eyeliner gives me the more natural look that i like. That is just personal, Im sure its great for people who use eyeliner.1
There was nothing special about this product. Basic black eyeliner that SMUDGES terribly and DOES NOT STAY ON 1
This eye liner draws on thicker than I would like. It also doesn't sharper well at all.1
Came with the cap on the wrong side and the top broken. The black eyeliner was smeared all over the inside of the box and all the other products1
The eyeliner was gone or faded by the time I finished doing my hair. I was surprised at the lacking quality and the overall stay of the eyeliner.
One day I put this just in the corner of my eyes to enhance them and by the time I looked in the mirror I had black smudges at the edge of my eyes. Not cool.1
Unfortunate that this eyeliner smeared on me within an hour1
I had never heard of Cynthia Rowley beauty, and now I can see why. The eyeliner was entirely too soft/greasy/smudgy. It did not stay in place and immediately was a mess under my eyes.1
It was like trying to put black water on as eyeliner1
I don't use brow pencils, but I tried this anyway. I tried using they brush. It was so stiff and the bristles were very uneven. When I went to give my brows some color, nothing. The pencil wouldn't transfer to my skin.1
