Everyone has that forward-looking friend who can push them to take a style leap. We feel that way about fashion designer Cynthia Rowley. These luxe, creamy liners deliver bold color that lasts and lasts, thanks to a smudge-proof formula. In on-trend shades like rose gold and shimmery brown, they're helping us push the beauty envelope—and the results are nothing short of eye-opening. Better yet, they're vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free.
This eyeliner is nothing to Rave about. You can buy the same thing at a drugstore or big box store and it would be cheaper
This mascara smudged all over my waterline and tight line. I am on the search for a good waterproof eyeliner but this is definitely not it. This is one of the worst ones. I will not repurchase.1
Not that great of a color and does not last long at all1
This is one pencil that was far below the rest in quality. Had to continously apply it and it looked cheap.1
This eyeliner seems like it would be good because it's "designer", but it's really not. It's super smudgy, oily and would make me look like an owl after 10 minutes.1
I have been obsessing over rose gold liner for a while. Sadly I was disappointed that the CR is a glitter liner versus a smooth metallic cream shimmer and a little more pink than I like. If you prefer a glitter liner this is for you!1
I liked how soft the consistency of this was and the color was nice, but the pencil was just too thick for my eyes. I have thinner eyes, so I really need more of a felt-tip/very thin applicator to use eye liner.1
very thick. smudges easy. doesn't remove easily. had to use makeup remover and facewash. left dark spots undermt eyes. not for me. I'll stick to liquid liner.1
I HATED it. It smears everywhere and irritated my eyes. I wore out for an entire weekend and it was awful. I threw it away that following Sunday.1
I like natural colors so black was alittle to intense for me. Went on nice and dark if you like that. Im not much of eyeliner person anyways.1
