Everyone has that forward-looking friend who can push them to take a style leap. We feel that way about fashion designer Cynthia Rowley. These luxe, creamy liners deliver bold color that lasts and lasts, thanks to a smudge-proof formula. In on-trend shades like rose gold and shimmery brown, they're helping us push the beauty envelope—and the results are nothing short of eye-opening. Better yet, they're vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free.
Wasn't a fan, smudged too easily and looked as if my eyes were bleeding. I preferred the liquid eyeliner to this anyday.1
The eyeliner color (gree) was not for me. It did not last at all, disappointed. Not something I would buy.1
I got the silver color sample and did not care for it at all. It was barely noticeable even over a base. Not something I would add to my makeup bag.1
put it on one eye , it looked and felt a little cluppy then started to put on the other eye. and the whole eye pencil fell out and then had to wash it off and toss it.1
I'm 35. I work in a professional services firm, not a club. First, every CR eyeliner you've sent smudges all over.. Too soft. And now another one? In silver? Why do we bother filling our profiles?1
It was kinda an awkward line half with glitter half not. And I got a few flakes of glitter got on my eye.1
I received the sample and loved it. I have oily skin and liner doesn't usually stay on very long, but this one stayed on longer than others. I purchased the full size for $16. After I used up the tip that was already on it, that was basically it. Every time I tried to sharpen it, the tip would break, or the wood wouldn't shave down enough for me to use it.1
Maybe another color would be worth a shot but I was sent silver and between my yellow-toned skin and my strawberry blonde hair, there just isn't any room for sparkly silver eyeliner!1
I hate the silver, shiny color so much. I tested it on my hand, and it didn't seem to smudge, but alas... the color. Not something I'll be using.1
goes on smooth, gives a pop to your eye, use sparingly, blend well1
