Lulu Organics®’s organic hair powder is the hip younger sister of mainstream dry shampoos: she’s eco-conscious, health-savvy, and has vague plans of packing her bags and moving to Portland. Analogies aside, this winning natural formula revives second day locks by absorbing volume-zapping oil. It has a lovely lavender scent laced with the faintest trace of herbal clary sage. And since it leaves no chalky white residue behind, even dark-haired girls can use it.
It seemed to do its job in that my hair didn't look gross/dirty even though it hadn't been washed. However the scent was not my favorite and I feel like I can get a similar product for much less money.3
I tried Lulu Organics Hair powder and it work really well. It has a nice smell to it as well. However it can be kind of messy when applying it but that is to be expected when using a powder.4
Dry shampoos are just not for my hair. Smell was good though.1
I like the product, just not crazy about the smell. I will use the sample, though!3
After application the product was still visible on my scalp. Took a lot of effort to work into roots.1
I don't use dry shampoos often, so I may be a bit uneducated..
However, this powder smells really nice. Very natural and fresh. It did reduce the grease, but I did notice some whiteish residue in my strawberry blonde hair. The smell dissipated fairly quickly, so I still felt a bit greasy.
Maybe my hair isn't designed for dry shampoo.. I have some powder left so I'll keep trying to play with it!
I think this works well for a dry shampoo, but I still really prefer the real deal.4
This is a great product! I would definitely consider purchasing this product in the future!4
I loved this product. I have never thought dry shampoo was effective and always would use baby powder instead on days of unwash. This is similar to baby powder except with much higher quality and is much more effective5
I'm not sure I could tell this product was very effective. I also didn't like having to use my hands to apply it. For the price, I'd rather use something that I can spray on. I loved the sample packaging, although when I opened it some of the powder sprayed everywhere. I just can't imagine spending $30 for something I don't absolutely love.4
