Lulu Organics®’s organic hair powder is the hip younger sister of mainstream dry shampoos: she’s eco-conscious, health-savvy, and has vague plans of packing her bags and moving to Portland. Analogies aside, this winning natural formula revives second day locks by absorbing volume-zapping oil. It has a lovely lavender scent laced with the faintest trace of herbal clary sage. And since it leaves no chalky white residue behind, even dark-haired girls can use it.
Made my hair look a little less oily, but not enough that I would use on a regular basis. Was ok for sitting around the house but I wouldn't leave the house after using it.3
It smells pretty nice, and removes excess oil from scalp. It does leave a little bit of a white residue. Not my favorite.4
I liked this as a product as it worked really well and I've tried a few other brands that I didn't like at. On the other hand, the smell did not wow me and for this price I would definitely have to like the smell more4
I really enjoyed the smell of this hair powder! I used it on my medium thick, wavy hair and it really did help absorb the oil and it blended well into my brown hair. But for the price, i would rather purchase a decent conditioner that smells great and actually wash my hair.5
I really like this product because it is organic, smells great, and works well, but $ wise, it is a little too expensive for me. I have tried almost every dry shampoo out there, and other than Oscar Blandi, I honestly like plain baby powder. It is cheap, smells nice, and looks great on blondes. Would buy this if it were less expensive.4
you don't need much, and it worked well when I tried it recently. it smells very much like lavender. :-)5
This is not for curly hair but it does smell very good2
The clary sage + lavender scent was really great. I have dark brown hair, and while the powder didn't turn my hair that creepy white color that other dry shampoos can sometimes cause, it also didn't seem to make much visible difference on my second-day hair, even after two applications. The packaging was also kind of inconvenient, because there's no way you would use that much powder on one application, and after ripping it open the powder can get all over the place--it's hard to save for the next application.2
I've never tried a dry shampoo before until this, but I liked it. I may have put too much into my hair the first time but it smells nice and it did make my hair look less oily. I think it did its job well.4
unlike any other dry shampoo I've tried. No white residue or sticky goo. Love it.4
