Lulu Organics®’s organic hair powder is the hip younger sister of mainstream dry shampoos: she’s eco-conscious, health-savvy, and has vague plans of packing her bags and moving to Portland. Analogies aside, this winning natural formula revives second day locks by absorbing volume-zapping oil. It has a lovely lavender scent laced with the faintest trace of herbal clary sage. And since it leaves no chalky white residue behind, even dark-haired girls can use it.
The product smells great and the sample is a good size for trying a few times. I just don't know if it's working enough for me or if I'm not using enough, as my hair still seems oily after a few hours -- not sure if that is due to the humidity of the day or the product.3
While this works, it's not my favorite hair powder/dry shampoo. I'm not fond of the smell and I prefer a spray bottle just because it's a little neater and easier to use.3
This smells amazing! I don't think it soaks up extra oil as well as I would like, but having my hair smell this good the day after I wash it is worth it4
I love dry shampoo and this product is awesome. While the smell was a bit strong, it added just the right amount of texture to my greasy head.4
It smelled okay but did not do anything good for my hair. Did not help and my hair looked like an oil slick 8 hours later. Wasn't that impressed.1
would use it again and let my friends know how great it works!!!5
This is an awesome product and the first hair powder I have ever tried. The smell alone makes this a winner! It smells like fall and the holidays wrapped into one. It is a light powder and did not weigh my hair down. I was worried the white color would be visible, but it blends into my brown hair and you can't see it. All you are left with is a wonderful scent and nice hair!5
I really love the idea of this hair powder but it's kind of a pain to use. You have to shake it out very gently and make sure to only use a tiny bit. I think dry shampoos in a can are easier to use.3
But i am not in love with this product! It worked great and it smells wonderful, however it's not the easiest to use! I think I wasted 1/2 my first sample just trying to figure it all out!4
Although this product does smell and feel better than dry shampoo spray; baby powder works just as well and will save soo much $. It is nice that it doesn't turn your hair gray if you apply to much but I wouldn't $30 on that small difference.3
