The entire Birchbox team (minus the manfolk) is obsessed with Jouer’s Luminizing Moisture Tint and we're not alone—Allure has given the product its coveted ""Best in Beauty"" seal. The oil-free formula feels weightless but gives you plenty of coverage, and because it has light-diffusing minerals your skin looks flawless and glowing. And this formula does more than just look good: It nourishes, soothes, and protects your complexion, thanks to antioxidant-rich ginseng and gingko biloba leaf extract plus broad spectrum SPF 20.
Totally disappointing. You need a thousand layers! Too expensive for the ineffectiveness of the product1
I didn't like this one. I didn't get any coverage, in fact I looked really shimmery like I had just covered my face in highlighting shimmer. I felt really oily after applying. I even tried to balance the oil with powder, but it still moved around on my nose.1
First, the texture of this tinted moisturizer was tacky like glue. Second, it sank into my pores, lightening them, and making me like I had white freckles. (My pores aren't big, but I do have them!)
Yuck, no thanks!
The first time I applied this product to my face I didn't look close enough to notice that there is a lot of shimmer inside it and so I used it as a concealer. In a properly lit bathroom I noticed all of the shimmer on my face and I NOW use this Moisture Tint but only as a illuminzer and not as a foundation/conccealer. As an illuminizer, this product is wonderful!1
I have extremely dry skin and the color of this product just seemed to settle into the cracks of my flaky skin. It looked terrible.1
Did nothing for me. Just like any other moisturizer. Nothing special. Couldn't even see a tint at all. I'm stick to a regular store bought moisturizer. Not worth the money for me.
I was very excited to try this product after reading the reviews. The texture was smooth and had a slight sparkle to it, when I applied it it went on rather poorly. The coverage was non-existent and it highlighted all the dry patches on my face. I ended up washing my face half way through the day due to the product drying my skin out and looking quite washed out. The next day I awoke to a big red zit on my cheek, not in a normal place either. Ugh.
I do not recommend this product.
It seems like a good products, but this sample was not my correct shade and it was also glittery... not really my thing. Great to try it out, though!1
This product had too much shimmer, and it got glitter all over my hands. It also was very sheer and didn't really cover much. It also made my face extremely greasy.1
Nothing to make a big hype about - no coverage whatsoever and it was too light for my skin which gave a weird sheen-y look. doesn't do anything for dry skin either.1
