The entire Birchbox team (minus the manfolk) is obsessed with Jouer’s Luminizing Moisture Tint and we're not alone—Allure has given the product its coveted ""Best in Beauty"" seal. The oil-free formula feels weightless but gives you plenty of coverage, and because it has light-diffusing minerals your skin looks flawless and glowing. And this formula does more than just look good: It nourishes, soothes, and protects your complexion, thanks to antioxidant-rich ginseng and gingko biloba leaf extract plus broad spectrum SPF 20.
This coverage is great, but I would only wear it for a night on the town. There is too much shimmer to work for a professional setting.3
This product was as good as they claimed. It goes on smooth to cover your little red dots but doesn't make your face look like it has a layer of frosting on it. I would totally buy this product if I wasn't addicted to my Coola face lotion.4
This product has great illumination qualities and the color was just right for my skin tone. The coverage is very, very light, even less than the BB cream I usually use. I never use foundation and I don't really need it, but I could go for just a touch more tint.4
I liked how light this tint was - it didn't feel heavy on my face at all. I also will take anything with built in SPF - so this was a winner for me! I felt glowing after my first use!4
This felt so great on my skin, and gave enough coverage without feeling cakey. This is great for when you need to run errands or having a casual lunch but don't feel like putting on your whole face ( foundation, concealer, powder...etc..)5
Like the feel and the color and that is an SPF 20 even better. I am very fair and most of the time the light isn't light enough but this was perfect5
This moisture tint is amazing! It is super moisturizing with great coverage; it looks like you're actually wearing foundation, but feels weightless. It gives a great glow, too.5
So, maybe it's just that after age 30 anything that crows about being spf 15 or even spf 20 seems like a waste of money. If I'm going to buy a tinted moisturizer instead of an actual foundation, I'd want to to be really good at the spf part. Otherwise I'd wear moisturizer and foundation.
Conclusion: it's sort of fine, but nothing about it makes me sing its praises.
I liked this moisturizing tint and how it made my entire face shimmer, but it is a bit much to wear during the day. I would wear it out at night with a more dramatic makeup look.3
This product was great to spread across cheekbones to get a polished look! This product is better used in moderation but has a pretty weightless tint.4
