The entire Birchbox team (minus the manfolk) is obsessed with Jouer’s Luminizing Moisture Tint and we're not alone—Allure has given the product its coveted ""Best in Beauty"" seal. The oil-free formula feels weightless but gives you plenty of coverage, and because it has light-diffusing minerals your skin looks flawless and glowing. And this formula does more than just look good: It nourishes, soothes, and protects your complexion, thanks to antioxidant-rich ginseng and gingko biloba leaf extract plus broad spectrum SPF 20.
This product makes it easy to add some color to my face without having to put a full foundation on. It was perfect for spending a day on the boat!5
When I first tried this product I wasn't sure about it. It didn't seem to moisturize my skin or offer any shimmer effect at all. I almost returned it, but after a couple of days, my skin started to improve because of the product and then with it on my face was very luminized and just looked great. I'm not sure that I got the right color with golden; I think I will try glow and see which is best. I want to try the matte too, but they are a lil pricey. Totally worth it though. My skin looks fabulous, and I can just rub this in and go. Love it.5
I'm a huge fan of BB creams. This one went on so light but was just enough coverage for me to feel comfortable. I love it and went and bought a full size from Sephora4
I love this tint. It looks natural and gives off a subtle glow. I have fair skin so I ordered it in the opal shade, which has been perfect for my complexion. It gives off a more dewy appearance than the matte version of this product, which I have also owned!5
Not for me. The moisturizing component was dried right up by the "light-diffusing minerals" in this product, which left me with dry skin and shimmer sticking to the baby hairs of my face! Would only be flattering to me in low light at a club.2
I have been using the matte for about a year which i LOVE, so thought I would get the luminizing tint for the summer. I like it; it has light coverage and gives your face what I would call a shimmer rather than a dewy finish. I don't know if it's because I've been wearing matte for so long, but it's taking me a while to get used to the shine it leaves.4
it would be great for light summer coverage. it does give off a shimmer, which I'm not sure is right for me.4
I received this in one of the monthly boxes last month and I love it. Not only is it like a concealer, it also has SPF 20 in it so if you're an adventurous person, it works well with your skin when doing outdoor activities. A little pricey but worth the money.4
This is technically tinted, but I didn't seem to notice any coverage on my face at all. It was more of a shimmery face lotion4
This may sound counterintuitive, but I have found that luminizing makeup is most flattering on my oily skin. When I apply matte makeup, my skin still wants to be dewy so I end up looking like an oil slick. When I use this product, my skin looks intentionally dewy. Like just stepped out of the shower dewy, not need a shower dewy. The shimmery quality of this is subdued enough for a daytime look. It starts out sheer when I first apply it, and then I build it up to hide my old acne spots. I still have to use under eye concealer.5
