We appreciate a nice email, a Facebook message, even a quick text to let us know we’re on someone’s mind—but nothing quite takes the place of a real-deal, handwritten card. Which is why we’ve assembled eight of our favorite designs from our stationery crush Rifle Paper Co. Each hand-assembled card features designs that are at once whimsical, nostalgic, and timeless, and ripe for the displaying.
I ordered this set of cards after receiving my box that was covered in Rifle Paper which I had never seen before the box I received from Birchbox so I was very pleased with the set of cards and might even reorder a few more sets of cards so I will have them for the holiday. My most favorite card is the one with the gold on it. It's so lovely but exciting too because its unusually beautifully!
5I have cancer, so I've been writing a LOT of thank you cards for gifts, soup, etc. I know Riffle & Co also has an assorted thank you card box but I thought these were cuter (and almost all can be used as thank-you cards) so I went with these instead. While they are all adorable, there is a big variation in quality between the cards in the box. All the ones with metallic accents are beautifully made ("You're one Cool Cat", "Hello Gorgeous", "Just Saying Hello" and especially "You're the Bee's Knees"), while the others are a lot less pigmented, and not quite as nice. Still, I'm sure I'll use them all, and I don't regret my purchase at all-- just wanted others to be aware of the discrepancy in quality.
4There are cards, and then there are Rifle Paper Co. cards. These designs are so fetching, and the colors are retro. I love going through them to choose one when it's time to send a special note, or a birthday greeting. My favorite might be the old school telephone.
