The quickest way to update your eye makeup? Swap your traditional black eyeliner for a rich colored one. stila’s smudge stick liners are gorgeously wearable and come in a variety of rich shades that make eyes pop. Better yet, the liners are waterproof and stay vibrant all day.
The purple is very dark, it looks black on. Also as with Stila's other eye products, I'm allergic and it makes my eyes itch. Sadly I was allergic to every single item in my birchbox. Very disappointing.1
I was excited when I saw this product on the card, but then I saw the color. If this would have been in black it would have been an awesome thing to receive but in the green color I will never try it.1
This "smudge-proof" product was anything but. The color is odd and not true to packaging-not sure what anyone over the age of 11 would do with olive green glitter liner.1
Tried the product before and unfortunately found out the hard way that it was definitely not contact safe so kinda sad because the color was so beautiful but my mom got a free eyeliner so it willl not go to waste..!1
The bright blue 1980's color I received is completely inappropriate for my age. I am 46 and almost any other color would have worked except for the peacock blue. I would have loved to try the product but needed a better color. You need a way for us to put down our colors we can wear. Disappointed with a few items in this box. :(1
Although I loved trying the color - something I would not have chosen for myself & loved the look - the name is a complete lie. It comes right off. One hour in one eye had none on and the other I wiped right off with no challenge. Boo. I had bought a black one before and was disappointed them. I really don't like stila products (other then the kitten gloss - yay!) and would prefer not to get them.1
The eyeliner was good, it went on smoothly and stayed put for a good amount of time. I really liked the twisting part so that there was no worry about sharpening.
However, in less than a month either it broke or it ran out - and I don't use that much eyeliner. I tried what I could to fix it, but it was unusable. I started using the stila waterproof eyeliner without the twist-up and I'm very happy with it.
I was somewhat underwhelmed by this product. It is a very nice liner, but it's been sooo hyped up that I expected something amazing, and it didn't deliver for me. I found that it doesn't have good staying power, even though it's supposed to be waterproof. The color (I chose peacock) is very nice, but it applies unevenly (was left with a line that was stop/go and also chunks in many places). Additionally, it's not an inexpensive product, and I found that there are other cheaper liners on the market that have better results, and are packaged almost exactly the same, and the one I'm talking about is literally pretty much the exact same product (if not for the brand name on the outside, I wouldn't be able to tell the two apart). I will not be purchasing this liner again.2
This eyeliner goes on relatively smoothly and is easy to control the line thickness. What I like best about it though is the color. I ordered Lionfish and it is a nice deep brown with a bit of sparkle in it.2
i received this in the purple tang color. LOVED the color, but the sharpener didn't work so i couldn't use it once the initial pencil ran out. i returned it for another one, and that one didn't work either. so sad because i really wanted to use it!2
