The quickest way to update your eye makeup? Swap your traditional black eyeliner for a rich colored one. stila’s smudge stick liners are gorgeously wearable and make your eyes pop. Better yet, the liners are waterproof and stay vibrant all day.
The colors are good and at first the product seems to be fine but when you swirl it up it breaks off or is dried out, hard and won't apply. I have gotten one free one due to my writing about the breakage but will now stick to my Estee Lauder eye pencil that always goes on to upper and lower lid. The Stila colors are great and the Powder Palettes very nice2
I ordered this product in the Stargazer shade. It's basically black with some shimmer to it. It's a nice color, but it is not waterproof as it says. I wore it out this past weekend and within a couple of hours most of it has melted off / smeared around my eyes. It just made my eyes look like a terrible mess. I don't think this product is worth the price.2
I own this color in Purple Tang. It's a gorgeous color but the waterproof properties make it really hard to apply. I end up irritating my eye lid.2
It's ok, not amazing, I got the black color and it has a nice sparkle. It is hard to bring more of the pencil out which is annoying.2
i am not a fan of an eyeliner stick...i tend to use my eye shadow and apply with an eyeliner brush. for eyeliner this was fine...no complaints...just not my first choice of product.2
I want to like this eyeliner because the blue color I received is so pretty! Unfortunately, all this does is smudge. I put it on in the morning and I have to clean myself up immediately because it has transfered under my eyes from blinking and at the sides where I ended my line. You definitely can't get a clean or precise line. By end of day I look like I haven't slept in weeks because there is a hint of blue underneath my eyes. It just doesn't stay put. I would look elsewhere.2
Mine seemed to dry up each time I put it back in my makeup bag. Unsure if the cap was flawed or what, but I had to break a significant piece off each time I wanted to use it. Ended up throwing away.2
Pros: The product is pigmented, glides on, and is budgeproof
Cons: Not a fan of the colors, which is unfortunate. I threw out a whole free sample because the teal didn't work on me.
Can't say i would buy this. Stila cosmetics always look good in the product but when you put them on they always look like a four year old did your makeup. By the time you leave your house this smudged liner will be under your eyes making you look like a raccoon. Not only does it travel(even if you press it with powder) but the color is blah.2
This eyeliner distributes color very lightly and rubs off way too easily for my taste. Spend less and buy the drugstore brand!2
