We don’t have the time or the patience to read volumes of scientific research in search of an antiaging ingredient that doesn’t make false promises. Good thing the skincare experts at Retrospect did the hard work for us. Their concentrated serum contains a unique form of keratin protein that softens the look of wrinkles by triggering collagen production within your cells right at the point in the skin where wrinkles form. Backed by years’ worth of clinical trials, it also heals surface redness and has potent anti-inflammatory properties.
I received this product in my January box, and while it may work well, I think I A., don't have skin that's aged enough to need intensive therapy, and B., think this is the type of product that shows results over time. Maybe in ten years I'll try again, but I did like the weightless texture.3
The product was great upon first use. It goes on nicely and made my skin feel very smooth and even. Would have liked to try for longer but my skin broke out after night two so I had to discontinue use.3
I really loved this when I put it on last night as a moisturizer, but when I woke up this morning I had a HUGE pimple was starting to form on my face. I can't even remember the last time I had one. Not impressed.3
The product is a little on the high end of the price scale, but it really makes your skin amazingly smooth. I really enjoy the softness and a little goes a long way.4
I liked this serum, it made my skin smooth and feel like it was effective, will see over time!4
It's hard to tell if a product like this works after only being able to sample for a few days, so the price and the smell (cardboardy) are basically what I have to go on. I didn't break out from it, so that's a plus.3
I didn't have a problem with this product. I'm just not sure it's effective thought. And for $90 a pop, I'm not willing to test it further.3
Thank you, Birchbox, this is the type of high end effective luxurious product I would love to see more off!
This product applies great and leaves my skin feeling soft, but for $90 I cannot justify this serum.4
I don't feel I can give an accurate review due to the size of the sample. I know based on what I tried I would not spend the price for this. You could get a comparable product at a better price3
