We pay plenty of attention to the skin on our face, but often forget about the rest of our body. This intensely hydrating butter is exactly what your limbs need. The formula is loaded with naturally nourishing ingredients like shea butter, jojoba, and coconut oil, and sinks in quickly to rehydrate skin. Thanks to the subtle blend of gardenia, jasmine, and honeysuckle scents, you’ll smell as good as you feel.
This reminds me of my aunt!! It smells like summer hill from crabtree and evelyn. Definitely not a bad smell, just smells a little older to me. The product feels great but I wouldn't buy it because it isn't a "young" scent.2
I love the sent. It smells like bath and body works Lilac Blossom. I think I just love the sent. I would love it if they came out with a perfume.5
When they say body butter I automatically think of the thick shea infused emollients that I stock up on to lather on my poor, winter worn feet. This was not that. Don't get me wrong, I didn't dislike it. However, I must admit that I was thrown off by its uber perfuminess. It was as if it wanted to take me out on the town when I was under the impression that the plan was to stay in and take a hot bath.3
Nice! I would be all about this if I didn't already adore & worship my Lush Body Butter. This is the third or fourth Jouer sample I've received through Birchbox, though. It's feeling a little bit played out!3
this is very sticky and hard to absorb. I think a luxury body butter should smooth on and soak in with out any sticky feeling. It smells ok but not worth $10 bucks an ounce when Chanel, Lush, Jo Malone, Philosophy, and so many other brands are less for superior products!2
likeing the formula but the scent is way too strong, and i dont know if i like the scent.3
You should add a "not sure" options to "are you planning on buying". I like how well it moisturizes. I have super dry hands right now, so it is a perfect time to test it out. The thing I don't like about it, is the STRONG scent. This is the problem with most body butters, they smell really yummy, but they're WAY too strong to actually use regularly. I wish I could find a happy medium between either unscented/earthy/natural scents and the overpowering perfumed ones.4
The butter is very emollient and not at all greasy; I would love it if it wasn't such a strong and heady floral scent. It's so strong it's making me gag.1
Jouer Body Butter is perfect for dry skin, especially during winter. Keeps my skin smooth and it's the greasy at all.5
This lotion has a very smooth, nice texture and absorbs well. I enjoyed the smell, It was very clean smelling.4
