If the confetti design didn't tip you off, Cynthia Rowleys Eyeshadow Palette - No. 2 is ready for a good time. Cut loose with the designer's five candy-inspired shades, inspired by the makeup looks from her Spring 2014 collection. With its mix of pastel pinks, purples, and creamy neutrals, this palette can take you seamlessly from a wash of daytime color to a smokier nighttime look. Mix and match these fun-loving shades and you'll be party ready in no time.
I have the Cynthia Rowley eye liners which are incredible and glide on so smoothly so I was really excited to try her eye shadow. I was underwhelmed with this pallet. I don't feel like the colors last and the lighter shades hardly show up. Wouldn't recommend to buy.1
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS EYESHADOW KIT! I had purchased the original eyeshadow kit and loved it so couldn't imagine this one being less than fantastic and I was right, it''s truly beyond FANTASTIC! I'm glad I ordered two of them because this will sell out quickly and I want to have a second for the second origin kit I purchased. Hey if one is good then two is even better! BRAVO CYNTHIA!!!!5
I waffled for quite some time about actually purchasing this palette after reading the reviews. I'm still a little bit up in the air to be honest.
The colors are GREAT (but you HAVE to use a primer), but as other people have mentioned, they're very fine. It makes precise application nearly impossible since it seems to get everywhere - totally fine if you're like me and you just blend everything. But if you want any sort of crispness to your colors, you might want to skip this one.
The licorice color (grey) is an oddball to me. I tried using it as a crease color, but with the cotton candy (purple) as a lid color, it was WAY too dark. It didn't blend well either. The licorice is a good color, but I'll likely pair it with other shadows I have, and find a different crease color to use with the rest of the palette.
Marshmallow and cloud are great highlight colors. I've used them as a brow highlight and in the corners of my eyes.

I only gave it one star because you have to rate it something. I can't even really call this eye shadow. I'm medium to fair and none of the colors show up on me even with a primer...and the shade I thought was grey is green. If the product was as good as the packaging it would be on point. The packaging should be a brown paper bag this product is that bad.1
Beautiful colors that blend nicely. I will definitely use this a lot in the summer. I love Cynthia Rowley products!!5
None of these colors are my ideal, but the light ivory color is the best base shadow I've tried on my ultra-pale skin. The green is great for correcting any redness, and the pink and purple make for a great spring and summer look. I use it in combination with the Game Face palette, Naked 2, and a few others. The green makes a great second base coat for any grey/silver smokey looks. The shadows are very smooth and velvety, and stay the whole day when used over a primer.5
I really wanted to like this pallet because it has all my favorite colors. The shades have no pigmentation or color pay off and the powder is milled too fine and dry. If it stays on at all it doesn't really show up .The speckled shade was only speckled on the top, odd that. Even shadow primers, bases , etc. don't help to make it show up or stay put. A waste of time and money for me.1
Pretty but just not as much color as I was hoping for. Takes a lot to show up. Good if you want a really suttle look3
I have tan face but it's also not oily eye lids this sticks fine and I love the grey and purple together blended. Shows up fine on me5
