If the skincare world had a gifted program, this vitamin C face treatment from Paula’s Choice would be a shoo-in. The light-as-water formula visibly brightens skin in a matter of weeks, fading dark spots and wrinkles caused by everything from acne to sun exposure. Not only that, but it promotes plumper, younger-looking skin with a blend of smoothing antioxidants and collagen boosters. If acne is still a nuisance for you, fear not—the fast-drying liquid is ideal for all skin types and won’t clog your pores.
I really wanted to believe in it, but I honestly didn't notice a difference with this product-- bummer! I would have liked to believe...1
I still don't get it. I didn't notice anything after using this product. Maybe it's just me.1
Whenever I try a new skincare product, I use it on half my face so I can easily see results, and I saw none with this product. I'm using it twice daily, mixing it with my serum and applying it to the right side of my face and neck while applying just serum to the left side. My wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation, skin tone & texture, radiance; they're was no difference between the treated and untreated sides of my face. I've been using it for 3 weeks, maybe not enough time to see results yet, but I've read reviews and many have stated they noticed improvement right away. I'll finish this sample (I have about 1/4 left) but $48 is too much to hope that a product will work eventually.1
I wasn't greatly impressed with this product. The sample was a little too small for me to see any long-term effects. I will say though that it smelled wonderful!1
This stuff was so awful I only used it the once.
It goes on fine, but then I felt like I had a film on my face for quite a while. Some of it I could even feel peeling off every now and again. I only used a tiny pea drop amount too.
This product was nothing too special. Functions like any serum I've ever used, has a horrible smell, didn't do anything, and I don't have enough of it to see if it actually makes a difference over time. Bummer.
I like the mini dropper bottle, though. I'll keep it to put essential oil blends in.
The sample was too small to see if it actually brightened my skin after use. I wish I could have tested that - that would be very appealing to me!1
Why would I need to mix with anything? Easier to just purchase a ready-made serum that doesn't require mixing with any moisturizer.1
I have nearly used up my sample size, but I'm still unsure as to what it does/did since I have seen no change. I feel like there were a lot of claims about various things it supposedly works on - but nothing changed for my skin, so I'm not sure that it is at all effective in any respect. Maybe the sample size was just not enough to effect change over a longer time period? I really don't know on this one.1
I wanted to like it, but smells weird and it was oily1
