I have found that my semi-sensitive skin really can't take this right after using the cleanse & polish system -- it's just too much, and I end up too blotchy. I also am not sure I'm a believer in toner as a skincare necessity. So whatever Liz Earle might say, I just won't be using it 2x per day. However: I am finding that on days when I'm working at home and skipping a shower until later in the day after a workout, I like using it as a face cleaner (instead of the hot cloth), followed by moisturizer and/or sunscreen. It's really refreshing and makes me feel like I'm doing *something* to clean my face. Not sure I will keep on with it once I run out, but we'll see.
