Birchbox Breakdown

Taking care of our always-calloused feet is no easy, well, feat. The job calls for an iron fist in a velvet glove—or, better yet, a superstrong exfoliant in a nourishing balm. This foot treatment sloughs away rough skin with powerful pumice stone while softening skin with a blend of powerful botanicals. The not-too-rough scrub gets our feet silky smooth.

How to Use

With damp hands, massage a small amount of treatment onto feet. Rinse well. This powerful scrub is intended for use on body only; do not use on face.

powdered pumice stone, Olea europaea (olive) oil†, Butyrospermum parkii (shea)†, Green illite (French) clay, Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil†, Tocopherol (vitamin E, non-GMO), menthol, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) leaf extract, essential oils of: Abies balsamea (fir needle), Lavandula angustifolia (lavender)*, elaleuca alternifolia (tea tree). *certified organic, †virgin

I must have received something different than the other reviewers because I hated everything about this product. This product smells like Paul Bunyon or Davey Crockett would come home with this scent as its is overwhelmingly piney in a warm shower. Also, the product is not effective as its too thick and not abrasive enough to remove dry skin from my feet. A pumice stone is as effective with and without the scrub. Overall, save your money and try something else!

Great Pumice Supplement!

I really love this product! I used this product right away, and it leaves my feet feeling soft and smooth. TMI, there are areas of my feet that are deeply calloused. This treatment doesn't necessarily take care of the really damaged areas, like the heel. So I still use a pumice stone, and then use Fig+Yarrow to supplement, and I really enjoy the combination to be most effective. The scent is a rich musky scent, strong, but not too strong.

Magic in a Jar

I've used this twice since receiving it and have gotten drastic results. The rough skin around my heels is now almost non-existent, my feet feel extremely soft and not oily, and they look refreshed and summer ready.
Another surprise about this treatment is the scent. I was expecting to smell pine, but it isn't "piney" at all... It's quite pleasant.
After experiencing this product, I'm now a huge Fig+Yarrow fan.

No more bad feet

I have such calloused and nasty heels and this pumice treatment is perfect. I used it the second that I opened my box and it felt sublime. I love the woodsy alpine scent and it really does deliver in leaving your feet smooth. The bonus is that you don't have to sit in the shower scrubbing your feet with a pumice stone!
