I've tried a lot of dry shampoos and this is the best one by far! I use the non-aerosol one, which comes out as white powder (kind of like flour, but much thinner). If you put too much on, the white residue can stay on hair if you have darker hair. A trick I recently discovered is to put this on at night, before going to bed (put a lot in, don't worry) and by the time i wake up in the morning, my hair is oil free (on day 2 or even 3 without washing) and with no residue.
Best bang for your buck, lasts 4x longer than spray
Klorane makes the best dry shampoo, they have been doing it longer than anyone, I started buying this gem when I was in europe 15 years ago. The aerosol version is easier to use, however, it runs out quickly if you use it often. This one is a bit trickier to use but once you get the hang of it (lightly depress sides no more than halfway in for delicate puffs, if u push too hard or far a huge amount comes out, or just sprinkle it on scalp or brush if you prefer ) this bottle lasts @least 4x longer than aerosol version. This must be because it's full of product where the spray cans can only hold a small amount due to aerosol composition so in my experience 4spray kloranes = 1 of these puppies. BTW there is no scent and it is great for sensitive skin and scalps, works on the oiliest hair, gives massive volume.
I never tried a non-aerosol dry shampoo and figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I thought I was going to have to "sprinkle" it onto my hair, but you can actually squeeze the bottle to "puff" the product out. Once you get the pressure right, this product works great and lasts longer than it's aerosol counterpart. I probably will end up purchasing this again when it runs out.
Hope I like this!
This product has great reviews and I'm seeking a quality non-aerosol dry shampoo, however this product has aluminum starch so I might not keep it. We'll see.
I received a sample of the aerosol version but decided to purchase this instead to be honest, at first I didn't get it. I was shaking product into my hands and rubbing them together before applying. It still worked great, but then I read the directions on the bottle... Game changer! So cool and works awesome!
