In fact, I've only used it lessen the gaping on blouses. I'm sure it would work well on slacks or a skirt but I think it needs to be more heavy-duty to work on jeans/denim.
A great way to temporarily fix and shorten your jeans if you are on the shorter side (like me) and don't have time to take your new jeans to the tailor. Nothing is more annoying than buying new jeans, being excited to wear them the next day, and then having to wait to wear them because they need to be tailored to your height. Temporary hem tape fixed that problem.
These strips are great but they don't hold up for the day if the material isn't an easy cotton or something similar. I tried them with a pair of thin cotton and wool flannel pants, very thin, but it was like there was too much lint or something for the tape to hold the day. No problems on other pants.
my new expensive dress pants for work were dragging on the ground, and knowing me it was only a matter of time before i got a whole into them, i remembered i had some of this laying around and bam, easy fix until i can get them hemmed
These work perfect for pants when you want to wear flats, but comes off quickly and easily if you want to switch to heels.
